Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per table 400-12 & 400-13, to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete, .A.Laying Using Mechanical Paver, with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 bitumen emulsion complying IS-8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per table-500-3, including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, includeing lead for emulsion..over WMM/WBM surface. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 grade bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom, & dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, includeing lead for bitumen with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Dense Graded Bituminous MacadamGrading -II Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, including lead for bitumen, including cost of primer/ tack coat- 50-75 mm compacted thickness.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler @2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, including lead for bitumen, , including cost of primer/ tack coat - 30-40 mmGrading -II .with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8, fixing in position including painting and printing letters etc., including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, usage charges of machinery, unloading transporting etc., complete.200 metre stone (precast) with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous SurfaceProviding and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including, barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC-35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegn matter, demarcation at site, traffuc control,cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.5.50 kg per Sqm, 5 mm thick with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Solar Powered Road Marker ( Solar Stud)Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered,LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the engineer, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67, as per clauses including curing, cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., completewith all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work..

Direction and Place Identification Signs with size more than 0.9 sqm size Board.Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC :67 made of High Intensity grade sheeting lause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick or Aluminum composite material sheet with overall thickness of 4 mm with area exceeding 0.9 sqm fixed over back support frame of min 40 x 40 x 5 mm MS Angle mounted on two nos. of mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, 3.2 mm thicknness and 4.5 meter total height firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing, including curing, cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Road DelineatorsSupplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC-79 and the drawings, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and erecting Project Display board of size 1.80m verticle and 1.6m horizontal made of cold rolled coil sheet 16 gauge (1.6mm thickness) sheeting strengthened by welding to MS angle of size 35x35x5mm iron frame work on all sides, extra cross verticle angle fixed using nuts and bolts, base of board shall be cleaned, applying red oxide and black paint by sprayer on both sides of the board and all MS iron frame works, back ground of the facing side of the board painted in traffic yellow, project information written in English/Kannada/Hindi, painting letters and numerials in black, fixed on a mild steel angle iron posts 75mmx75mmx6mm, 2 Nos. firmely fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45Cmx45Cmx60Cm, 60Cm below ground level and board 2.80m from ground level ( 2 Nos of 3.80m over all length each ) as per approved drawing including necessary cost of letterings, labour, hire charges of machineries, transportation, loading and unloading etc, complete.With all lead and lifts & as directed by the Engineer in charge of workwith all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.
