Jack well cum pump house: Construction of 8.50m dia RCC Jackwell structure cum 9.50m dia pumping station near Hubli-Dharwad jackwell, Renuka Sagar Reservoir (Malaprabha Dam) including Gantry Girder, Chequerred Flooring, electrification, etc. and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

TC Platform, foot Bridge & switchgear room near jackwell: Providing and RCC construction of connecting bridge 150m x 5m from jack well to embankment and to connect the main road as per the requirement etc, Construction of TC platform near jackwell - 12 Mtr x12 Mtr size, Construction of switchgear room near jackwell - 12 Mtr x12 Mtr size, electrification to Foot bridge, TC Platform & Switch Gear Room and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Approach Road to Foot Bridge & Street Light Facility to Foot Bridge: Construction of 150 x 6 m Approach road to Foot Bridge including Street Light facility at Proposed Jackwell From Road to Foot Bridge and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Providing 11KV express feeder main power supply line from MUSS to Proposed head Works near Hubli-Dharwad Jackwell & Proposed 10.40ML WTP near existing Saundatti Water supply WTP opposite Minividhansouda in Saundatti town respectively including Breaker provision at MUSS with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Design ,Supply, Erection,Electrification , Testing & Commissioning at site brand new best efficient, reputed make oil lubricated suitable HP deepwell turbine pumps confirming to ISS 1710 & ISS 5120 with Solid shaft capable of handling Turbid water containing turbidity upto 10000 PPM with all allied accessories, etc., and any other components& works required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

RAW WATER RISING MAIN FROM JACKWELL TO WTP :Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of MS Raw water rising main from Jackwell at Head works to Proposed water treatment plant including required Thrust block/Anchor blocks, suitable surge protection measures, air valves, sluice / scour valves, pressure relief values, pressure gauge, valve chambers, Electromagnetic flow meters, line valves with RCC valve chambers, pipe support bridges, pipe support structures, ducts, concrete encasing wherever required, trenchless at SH / NH / railway crossings, canal /nala crossing restoration of water supply / UGD utilities restoration of all kinds of roads etc. and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Design, supply, construction, installation, testing, commissioning Water Treatment Plant of 12 ML capacity (in 20 hours) with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical works and other allied works. And trial run for a period of 3 months from the date of commissioning of the new WTP along with old WTP . All the units shall be inter connected by walkway with hand railing in all respects completely, satisfactorily to deliver the designed output, including 3 months trial run for all the components complete with all lead and lift etc., as directed by Engineer in charge Note: 1. Including jungle cutting removal of roots, leveling and lowering the ground or cutting the part of hillock and earthwork excavation in all strata as exists in site with or without blasting / by chistelling, dozing of stone boulders if necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and disposing off the surplus earth with all lead and lift etc., complete. 2. The cost of break up details should also be quoted item wise for various components of the water treatment plant on the guidelines enumerated in the which are also part of the tender documents. and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items) A) CONSTRUCTION OF AERATOR Designing, constructing, completing and commissioning and trial run for a period of 3 months of CASCADE type Aerator and Raw Water Channel of 12 ML capacity (in 20 hours) with suitable dia MS Raw Water inlet pipe including linking to raw water rising main, thrust block, supporting arrangements, providing glazed tiles to Aerator and Raw Water Channel in complete manner and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

B) CONSTRUCTION OF RAW WATER CHANNEL Designing, constructing, completing and commissioning and trial run for a period of 3 months Raw Water Channel and by pass channel of 12 ML capacity (in 20 hours) providing glazed tiles to Raw Water Channel and by channel in complete manner and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

C) CONSTRUCTION OF FLASH MIXER Designing, Constructing, completing and commissioning and trial run for a period of 3 months of flash mixer of 12 ML capacity (in 20 hours) with supporting / allied arrangements for necessary equipments of suitable HP motor, Gear box, Turbine paddles, MS Ladder, GI Medium duty hand railing,etc., and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

D) CONSTRUCTION OF CLARIFLOCULATOR AND SLUDGE PIT Designing, constructing, completing and commissioning and trial for period of 3 months of CLARIFLUCOLATOR of 12 ML capacity (in 20 hours) with suitable dia DI Raw Water inlet pipe from flash mixer including thrust block, arrangements for necessary equipments with sludge removal arrangements and lead of pipeline with suitable dia DI pipeline, providing glazed tiles to launder,GI medium duty hand railing for walk way, MS ladder with supporting, allied arrangements and Construction of suitable size sludge pit etc., and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

E) CONSTRUCTION OF FILTER COMPLEX, SLUDGE DISPOSAL (Sludge Pit), CHLORINATION ROOM & CHEMICAL HOUSE ARRANGEMENTS Designing, constructing, completing and commissioning and trial for period of 3 months of RAPID SAND GRAVITY FILTER UNITS of capacity 10.40 ML (in 20 hours) HOUSED IN RCC FRAMED STRUCTURE BUILDING with flat RCC roof consisting of two filter beds with glazed tiles and vitrified flooring for walk way including stair case, SS hand railing, MS ladder, rolling shutters and aluminium doors, wash water pump with 100% standby arrangements, inlet channel, filter media including sand as per V-wire under drain system, wash water disposal arrangements with necessary pipe and control DI sluice valve of required dia PN.1.6, providing and fixing of rate of flow indicating meter, loss of head gauge, pipe fitters, V-wire under drain system, manifold, water level indicator, rate settlers, gravity box, necessary DI bends, DI Valves including all necessary works, architectural design etc., complete, Staircase, GI hand railing, RCC flat roof, with rolling shutter and aluminium door and necessary mechanical equipments & etc., all as per tender requirements, design criteria and specifications all on turnkey basis etc., including 3 months trial run complete with all lead and lift complete as directed by the Engineer in charge complete and Designing, Constructing, Completing and Commissioning of 2.5 LL or Suitable capacity Wash Water Tank of RCC circular shaft type OHT on suitable staging, fixing of CI puddle flanges, double flanged pipes, duck foot bends, DI Sluice Valve, water level indicator, MS ladder, GI Medium Duty Hand railing, Valve chambers, all pipeline connections, Specials, lightening arrestor as per requirements etc. complete and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

F) Wash Water tank & Suitable dia Rising main Designing, constructing, completing and commissioning and trial run for a period of 3 months Wash water tank & suitable dia Rising main from pure water sump to wash water tank of 10.40 ML capacity (in 20 hours) in complete manner and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

G) ELECTRO MECHANICAL COMPONENTS: Design, supply, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, trial run for 3 months and maintenance for a period of 12 months of mechanical equipment’s, pipe line works and electrical works consisting of MS / DI raw water intake pipe,V- notch, CI / DI Flanges,Gauges,by pass gate, flow controlling devices, inlet, outlet & back wash connections, valves at WTP, desludging valves at flocculator, suitable motors, reduction gear box, agitator assembly with shaft and paddles for flash mixer, flocculator, Clariflocculator bridge and rail for Clariflocculator, scraper, mechanical equipment’s for PAC solution tanks, back wash motor & Pumps, flow measuring devices, RCC sludge line, Wash water tank inlet & out let pipelines, pipe connection from pure water channel to pure water sump, bye pass pipe line with DI valves,headgauge,flowcontrollers,laboratoryequipment and accessories, chlorine cylinder, tonner, PAC dosing equipment complete electrification works to filter house, chemical house, chlorine room etc., all as required for successful completion and commissioning of the units along with yard lighting, architectural designs and drawings etc., complete all as per tender requirements, design criteria and specifications all on turnkey basis for successful completion, commissioning of the WTP to deliver the design output standard without any extra cost whatsoever and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7: Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Service Road Inside Proposed WTP: Construction of 100m long Asphalt road inside proposed WTP near existing WTP of Saundatti water supply scheme opposite to Minividhansouda in Saundatti town and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Pure water Pumphouse : Construction of 8mx6m size pumphouse inside proposed WTP near existing WTP of Saundatti water supply scheme opposite to Minividhansouda in Saundatti town and as per minimum requirement and all allied works including Civil, electrical, sanitation works, water supply and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Pure Water pumping Machinery : Design, Supply, Erection, Electrification , testing and Commissioning suitable HP Centrifugal Pump sets confirming to ISS 1710 & ISS 5120 including electrification to pumphouse with all allied accessories, etc and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7: Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Feeder Mains : Design, Providing ,laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of DI K9 Pure water rising main from proposed WTP near existing WTP opposite to Minividhansouda in Saundatti town to Reservoir in different zones of Saundatti town along with fixing of valves, construction of support pillar, valve chambers & Thrust blocks, Trenchless crossings, all kinds of road restoration etc. wherever necessary complete with all lead and lift and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

10LL RCC OHT: Design & Construction of 10.00 LL capacity 1 No 15 mtr Staging RCC Over Head Tank including all accessories etc., complete with all lead and lift and any other components required for technically completing the works as specifications and system design criteria. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

15LL RCC GLSR: Design & Construction of 15.00 LL capacity 1 No RCC Ground Level service reservoir including all accessories etc., complete with all lead and lift and any other components required for technically completing the works as specifications and system design criteria. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

6LL RCC Sump: Design & Construction of 6.00 LL capacity 1 No RCC SUMP including all accessories etc., complete with all lead and lift and any other components required for technically completing the works as specifications and system design criteria. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Distribution Network : Survey, design, Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of DI K7/HDPE PE100 PN8 class (Min 75mm) Pure water Distribution system from Reservoir in different zones of Saundatti town including providing house service connections (12025 nos) along with fixing of kinds of valves, Extension spindles, dismantling of CD works and reconstruction, Surface Box with RCC cover, construction of valve chamber & Thrust block, all kinds of road restoration, Carting of excess soil etc. wherever necessary complete with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge and as per system design criteria (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

SCADA : Design, Manufacturing, Supplying, Installing, testing and successful commissioning SCADA System for Water Supply Scheme to Saundatti town as per tender requirements, design criteria and specifications etc complete as directed by the Engineer Incharge with all lead and lift. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7: Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Chain link fencing to service reservoirs & Compound wall alround proposed WTP : Construction of 400M long BBM compound wall alaround proposed WTP and Chain link fencing surrounding all service reservoirs proposed and existing and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

PART-B: Operation & Maintenance Operation & Maintenance during the 1st year i.e., during the defects liability period of PROVIDING WATER SUPPLY SCHEME TO SAUNDATTI TOWN which includes maintenance of raw rising main, jackwell, new WTP, Clear water rising main, raw & clear water pumps with accessories and all the assets created, pressure and quality management using specialised techniques & personnel, billing etc., including transportation, man power, etc., The minimum supervisory staff with 5 years of experience shall include; Site Engineer (BE)(Civil)-1 No., Electrical supervisor(ITI)-1Nos, Pump Operator(ITI)-4 Nos, water analyst (BSc. Graduate)-1no,Watchman-6Nos. Helper-18Nos. Fitter-11 Nos, also includes meter reading, Billing and collection. Communication system includes usage charges of Mobiles -3 Nos, The material cost in case of breakdown & repairs within the defect liability period shall be borne by the contractor. The rate includes Internet charges & office stationeries for the office established by the contractor at Saundatti town. with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Also includes Cost of chemicals, consumables & service charges within DLP The rent and House keeping & security arrangements for the offices established by the contractor borne by the contractor. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)
