code08 - Raw Water Rising Main from Jackwell to WTP: Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of MS Raw water rising main from Jackwell at Head works to existing water treatment plant including required Thrust block/Anchor blocks, suitable surge protection measures, air valves, sluice / scour valves, pressure relief values, pressure gauge, valve chambers, Electromagnetic flow meters, line valves with RCC valve chambers, pipe support bridges, pipe support structures, ducts, concrete encasing wherever required, trenchless at SH / NH / railway crossings, canal / nala crossing restoration of water supply / UGD utilities restoration of roads etc. and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. code12 - Pure Water Rising Main: Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of MS/ DI K9 Pure water rising main from WTP to Reservoirs in different locations of Mudhol city along with fixing of valves, construction of support pillars, valve chambers & Thrust block / Anchor blocks, Trenchless crossing, road restoration, restoration of water supply / UGD utilities etc. wherever necessary complete and any other components required for technically completing the works as specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. code18 - Operation & Maintenance of both proposed and existing water supply system to Mudhol city and after assessment of existing water supply system, which includes pressure and quality management using specialised techniques & personnel, spot billing, revenue collection and online payment gateway etc., including transportation, man power, etc. The minimum supervisory staff with 5 years of experience shall include; Site Engineer (Graduate-Civil)-1 No., Electrical supervisor(ITI)-1 Nos, Pump Operator (ITI)-6 Nos, Water analyst (BSc. Graduate)-1 no, water Analyst (Assistant) - 1 Nos., Typist cum clerk - 1 No, Watchman-2 Nos. Helper/fitter-8 Nos, waterman-7Nos, meter reader/ revenue collection - 7 Nos, meter repairer -1No. The administrative staff shall include House keeping & security arrangements for the offices established by the contractor shall include Communication system includes rent and usage charges of Mobiles -10 Nos, hiring maintenance vehicle- 1 No and hiring of Jeep/ Car/ Trax - 1 No. The cost (material & labour) in case of breakdown & repairs shall be borne by the contractor. The rate includes Internet charges & office stationaries, chemicals & consumables, Information, Education and communication (IEC), Internet charges etc with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer In charge. for 1st Year (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)
