code06 - Raw water rising main: Conducting topographical survey, design and providing & laying 219mm dia 4.8mm thick M.S raw water rising main from Jackwell to Intermediate Pumping Station for a length of 2.80Km including providing RCC anchor blocks, thrust blocks and valve chambers, fixing of valves, restoration of roads and any other works required as directed by the Engineer In charge as per specifications and system design criteria. code14 - Distribution network : Conducting topographical survey, design, Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of comprehensive 75mm dia to 250mm dia HDPE Distribution system for a length of 69.851 Km, along with supply & fixing of valves, construction of valve chambers & Anchor/Thrust block, restoration of all kinds of road, Carting of excess soil, Restoration of asphalt roads, concrete roads, paver blocks, WBM roads which are damaged during installation of distribution pipelines with proper levelling, compaction, watering, cleaning , providing sub base layer, surface dressing, Tack Coat, Seal Coat, Bituminous macadam, Semi dense bitumen Macadam for Asphalt road and cement concrete for restoration of Cement Concrete roads, etc., and any other components required as directed by the Engineer In charge. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7: Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

code15 - Providing 1598 nos. of House service connections: Conducting household survey in Town Municipal limits to identify beneficiaries and installation of 1598 Nos. of House Service Connections along with Supply and fixing of multijet water meters, HDPE water meter box, Restoration of asphalt roads, concrete roads, paver blocks, WBM roads with proper levelling, compaction, watering, cleaning, providing sub base layer, surface dressing, Tack Coat, Seal Coat, Bituminous macadam, Semi dense bitumen Macadam for Asphalt road and Lean concrete bed and Concrete for CC roads. etc., and any other works required as per specifications and system design criteria complete with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer In charge (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7: Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

code16 - Online monitoring system : Supply, Installation and Commissioning of SCADA for bulk water meter and cloud based online monitoring system for proposed water supply components of Raw water raising main, inlet to the aerator, gravity main and proposed/existing service reservoirs with all allied works and GPRS RTU Wireless MODEM unit for OHTs,Power Backup Unit for for jackwell, as directed by the Engineer In charge as per specifications and system design criteria. code17 - Operation & Maintenance for 5 Years excluding energy charges (Part B) O & M excluding energy charges for 1st year (Including Defect Liability Period) of Headworks, Raw water rising main, WTP, lead off line, Pumping machineries, all electrical & electromechanical equipment and allied accessories, RCC pure water sump, Pump house,pure water gravity main, feeder mains, service reservoirs and existing and proposed Distribution network including HSC's, Bulk Flow Meteres, Online monitoring system etc., complete and all other assets created under AMRUT 2.0 with minimum staff as per the requirement specified in CPHEEO manual. The material cost in case of breakdown & repairs within the defect liability period shall be borne by the contractor. The rate is inclusive of chemicals & consumables required for treatment of water, testing of water samples for quality analysis, repairs of pumping machineries and allied components, attending leakages in raw water pipeline, lead off line, pure water pipeline, distribution pipelines, HSC's & service charges after DLP, vehicles for conveyance with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The agency has to establish office with necessary furniture, computers, printer etc at Koppa town. Internet charges & office stationeries for the office established by the contractor and any other works required with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer In charge. The rates include rent, House keeping & security arrangements for the offices established by the contractor.
