Preparation of detailed hydraulic design report including analysis and design for providing sewer net work to Kamalapur town. The job involves analysis and hydraulic design using Sewer Gems latest software programe. Incorporating requirements as per CPHEEO norms and design of network. The design report should include population projection, design criteria sewage demand, design sheet such as node numbers, length of pipe, material & class of pipe, RL of the ground, R.L. of invert leavel and pipe numbers and relevant data. Showing statement of pipe diameter & other required details. Length of sewer network including the rising main (Ecomain) and (Sewer GEMS) etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Desing and drawings of wet well, PT unit, SBR type STP, Admin room, Chlorine room etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Preparation of Detailed Project Report including estimate as per relevant SoR of components for UGD to Kamalapur town / Estimate after obtaining approval to PFR includes the following: i) Preparation of estimate in Soft copy / Hard copy as per Board norms ii) The rates of current Board / PWD / MI / PRED / NHAI or any other department Schedule of rates shall be considered in the estimate along with R.A. iii) Minimum three quotations / offers from Manufacturer / reputed dealers shall be obtained and lowest of the three shall be considered in the estimate wherever market rates are considered. iv) Editing, Copying, Page setting, Printing, Booklet Binding etc complete. v) Output of Hydraulic and Structural design and drawings of the components in the scheme. vi) submission of draft copy of estimate -3 Nos vii) Submission of final copy of estimate ( Hard and Soft) - 6 Sets. Note:- 1) Presentaion for appraisal of projects to Board / Govt / Semi Govt organisations will be paid separately at mutually agreed rates. 2) The information collected during survey shall be sufficient to meet the requirement for the preparation of designs, drawings, DPR as per checklist issued by the Managing DIrector,Bangalore vide circular No 139 dated 09-04-2014 with latest ammendments and certificate to be given accordingly by the Assistant Executive Engineer, Executive Engineer and the consultant.

Earth work in excavation for pipeline trenches beyond 600 mm dia trench width as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring, strutting, barricading, danger lighting, bracing, using sight rails & boning rods at every 100 mm whevere necessary as directed, removal of slumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and levelling the bottom of trench to the extent required , utilising the available excavated earth locally for the work etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. For Mechnical means. -do- In ordinary / Hard soil

Reffiling pipeline trenches and foundation with selected available earth from trench excavation and foundation including watering, consolidation in layers of 15 cms thickness including disposing off the surplus earth with all lead and lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing photo print out of trail pits and making and album etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
