Supplying and Laying of HDPE pipes conforming to IS 4984:1995 with latest amendments and conveying to work site including loading and unloading at both destination and rolling, lowering into trenches, laying true to line and jointing of pipes and specials including encasing the pipe alround to a depth of not less than 15cms with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation, etc., complete giving hydraulic test as per relevant ISS with all lead and lift testing and commissioning. The rate is inclusive of required specials and fittings etc., complete (Contractor will make his own arrangement for procuring water for testing) with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer in charge. -do- 160 mm dia HDPE pipeline PE 100, PN 8.

Supplying valves of Board approved make conforming to relevant ISS with latest amendments as detailed below of following diameters and types and conveying to work site, loading, unloading, stacking etc.,complete with all lead and lift and fixing CI valves. The rate is inclusive of cost of Bolts and Nuts as directed by the Engineer in charge. -do- 150 mm dia SLV PN-10

Refilling the pipeline trenches and foundation with selected available earth from trench excavation and foundation including watering, consolidation in layers of 15 cms. Thickness including disposing off the surplus earth with all lead and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Auxiliary works:- Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lead and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. i) Lime /Cement Concrete. Dismantling of size stone masonry in clay mortar and stacking the size stone within a radius of 50 Mtr. and removing the debries to a distance upto 200 Mtr. Including cost of materials, labour, HOM etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Removing and resetting of footpath slabs with all lead and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Removing and resetting of kerb stones etc., complete as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Restoration of CC road:- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting cushed stone aggregates of granite / trap / basalt of specific sizes to water bound macadam specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3-wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density etc., completed as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix M15 with cement @ 240kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @ 0.87cum and fine aggregtes @ 0.459cum machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15cms, thick well compacted, in foundation and plinth, cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing etc., complete as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying vibrated M25 design mix for RCC works (excluding cost of reinforcement) with 20mm and down size of approved gradation hard broken granite, trap basalt or with any other approved hard broken granite, including weigh batch plant mixing cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead & lift laid in 15 cms, thick layers well consolidated, vibrating, curing, plastering and smooth finishing to the exposed faces wherever necessary, plywood / steel form work, centring etc., complete for independent/combined footing, raft, beams below ground level etc., complete as directed by the Engineer Incharge. For Drain crossing.

Providing and constructing granite / trap / basalt size stone masonry in basement with cement mortar 1:6, edges of stones chistle dressed in courses not less than 15 cms high, bond stones at two m. apart in each course including cost of materials, labour, curing etc., complete as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Supply and installation of water connections to individual houses upto water point (which shall be fixed about one meter from customer boundary) and includes civil works like Earthwork excavation for the pipeline trenches for laying of MDPE/GI pipes for the house connections in all types of soils, disintegrated rock, soft roc, hard rock, including cutting of any road using machine cutter, crossing drains, compound, cutting any surfaces along the pipeline such as tiles/floor/concrete/ or any other surfaces using machine cutter, boring the wall surfaces comprising of BBM or SSM for conveying the pipelines to customer property, restoring the damaged portions inside or outside the property premises, refilling etc. Supply and laying of MDPE PE-80, PN 12.5 Pipes with specials such as Electro fusion tapping Tee or saddles of Virgin Compound PE 100 material, Black colour of pressure rating PN 16/SDR 11 or higher grade of approved make conforming to standard specifications with brass cutter, flow regulator, water tight cap with “O” ring, long spigot, cutting edges for making hole/tapping suitable to HDPE distribution mains by electro fusion welding as per BS EN 12201-3 & EN 1555-3 Standards. The Product should be tested to comply with BS 6920 for drinking water service in WRC – NSF, UK and DVGH certificate, Germany. Tapping Tee or Saddles with coupler and compression fittings with cost of GI pipes, all specials such as GI elbow, GI coupler, stopper etc, and brass or SS tap as shown in Fig,.no 2.1, 2.2 & 2.3 for the following diameters etc., complete as directed by the Engineer Incharge. -do- 20mm dia.
