PAND 004 - Part C - O&M for 5 years. O & M for proposed 3.11 MLD STP & wet wells for 3rd Year. Operation and maintenance of the proposed 3.11 MLD STP & wet wells which includes, providing technical staff, operators, and others who are required to run the system in a complete manner and providing all materials & chemicals required, for the operation of Sewage Treatment Plant & wet wells works 1. Regular maintenance of all civil structures inside the Sewage Treatment Plant & wet well premises. The maintenance consists of all kinds of repairs to damaged structures, cleaning and washing, and painting for civil structures once in two years 2. Operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant including dosing of required quantity of media, materials and other chemicals including replacement of any component as required as per standard of established norms from time to time. Maintaining the quality of treated sewage as per the guidelines set forth by the NGT, KSPCB and CPHEEO manual including cost of testing of treated sewage at a regular interval. 3. Operation and maintenance of all kinds of pumping machinery, and other mechanical components including electrical maintenance covering all repairs/replacement of transformers / electrical cable/switchboards/replacement of burnt parts of machinery all the above repairs & maintenance will be carried out as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge for the satisfactory functioning of the STP & wet wells. Note: Helpers / Watchman / Technical staff made available round the clock for maintenance period at Sewage Treatment Plant. The contractor should maintain a Logbook on the working of pumping machinery at the Sewage Treatment Plant.

PAND 001 - Part A & B - Construction of STP. Constructing, providing, installing and commisioning CAMUS type or any other nature based technology of 3.11 MLD STP which includes the following. a) Treatment units b) Admin building. c) Pumps and electro-mechanical items. d) OCEMS for Proposed STP. e) Landscaping. f) Internal concrete roads. g) 11 KV express feeder line. h) Layout lighting. i) guard Room. Construction of Wet well. Construction of 7 m dia & 8.4 m depth Wet Well with PTU, including Electrification works. j) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of soils and rocks, etc. k) Construction of Primary Treatment Unit (PTU) at Proposed Wet Well. l) Electrification of Wet Well. m) Providing and laying rising main pipeline with 300 mm dia DI K9 pipes conforming to IS 8329-2000 n) Providing 3 Nos of 25 HP or suitable HP. Discharge 20 to 100 m3/hour rabove 15m upto 20 m head Nonclog Submersible Sewage Pumping machineries. o) Construction of compound wall. p) feeder line main for wetwell q) Construction of Guard room. r) 11KV express feeder main complete to proposed STP. s) Providing borewell. t) Providing grid tied solar panels. Note. 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer in charge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.
