SHIKA011 - Part C - O&M for 5 years. O & M of existing STP, existing and proposed Wetwells for 2nd Year: Operation and maintenance of the existing & proposed Wet Wells and existing STP, which includes, providing technical staff, operators, and others who are required to run the system in a complete manner and providing all materials & chemicals required, for the operation of Sewage Treatment Plant works 1. Regular maintenance of all civil structures inside the Sewage Treatment Plant and wet well premises. The maintenance consists of all kinds of repairs to damaged structures, cleaning and washing, and painting for civil structures once in two years 2. Operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant including dosing of required quantity of chlorine and other chemicals including replacement of any component as required as per standard of established norms from time to time. Maintaining the quality of treated sewage as per the guidelines set forth by the NGT, KSPCB and CPHEEO manual including cost of testing of treated sewage at a regular interval. 3. Operation and maintenance of all kinds of pumping machinery, and other mechanical components including electrical maintenance covering all repairs/replacement of transformers / electrical cable/switchboards/replacement of burnt parts of machinery all the above repairs & maintenance will be carried out as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge for the satisfactory functioning of the existing & proposed Wet wells and existing STP. Note: Helpers / Watchman / Technical staff made available round the clock for maintenance period at Sewage Treatment Plant. The contractor should maintain a Logbook on the working of pumping machinery at the Sewage Treatment Plant.

SHIKA007 - PART B - Upgradation of STP & other allied works. Online Continuous Effluent Monitoring System (OCEMS). Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Online Continuous Effluent Monitoring System (OCEMS) , Electromagnetic flow meters and providing necessary laboratory equipments. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer in charge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.

SHIKA001 - Part A - Laying of sewer network, construction of Wet Well & other allied works. Providing Laying, Jointing,testing & commissioning of sewer lines,Construction of RCC machinehole chambers, Road Restoration. It includes the following works. a) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of soils, including cutting and excavation of Asphalt Road, Concrete Road, etc. b) Providing and laying pipeline with 160, 200 and 250 mm dia U-PVC SN-8 pipes conforming to IS 16098 2013, length - 15110 m. c) Providing and laying pipeline with 300 mm dia RCC NP3 pipes conforming to IS 458-1988 and IS 5382, Length - 70 m. d) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ or pre-cast RCC Machineholes of 1.2 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 1.1 m to 2.3m - 444 Nos. e) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ or pre-cast RCC Machineholes of 1.5 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 2.4m to 4.2m - 56 Nos. f) Restoration of roads to original condition. g) Refilling available earth around trenches, pipelines or machineholes. h) Providing 3 Nos Crossing of National Highway / Railway by trenchless technology. i) Desilting of sewerlines by mechanical (Jetting,Sucking,Grabber,Scrap per etc.,) means,removal of silt by mechanical means to the ground cleaning of sewers and machinhole (subject to change at site as per the length approved by the Engineer-in-Charge) - 6530m. SHIKA009 - PART B - Upgradation of STP & other allied works. Developmental works for the existing STP, exisitng & proposed wet wells. Providing deveopment works like a) internal roads & approach roads to existing STP, wet well and proposed wet wells, b) cleaning, grubbing, painting and providing stone pitching to the wet wells. c) landscape development for existing STP. d) compound wall for wet wells. e) yard lighting for the existing STP and wet well and proposed wet well etc. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer in charge.3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose

SHIKA003 - Part A - Laying of sewer network, construction of Wet Well & other allied works. Rehabilitation/Repair of existing Manholes . It includes the following works: a) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of soils, including cutting and excavation of Asphalt Road, Concrete Road, etc. including restoration of roads (subject to change at site as per the numbers approved by the Engineer-in-Charge) b) Repair of machine holes for different depths including providing and fixing of SFRC frame and covers - 500 Nos. (subject to change at site as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge) Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer in charge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.

Arranging for 11 KV power supply from nearest tapping point at the proposed Wet Well and STP including internal electrical works and allied accessories. SHIKA004 - Part A - Laying of sewer network, construction of Wet Well & other allied works. Providing 7000 Nos. new House Service Connections. It includes the following works: a) Providing and laying 110 mm dia PVC-U pipe dia SN 8 grade conforming to IS 16098-2013. b) Providing and fixing 315 mm dia PE inspection chamber with lid and inlet and outlet arrangments. c) Necessary Civil works, concrete works and pipe fittings. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer in charge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.

Providing Laying, Jointing,testing & commissioning of Treated effluent pipe 500mm dia to nearest nala a) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of soils, including cutting and excavation of Asphalt Road, Concrete Road, etc, including refilling & restoration of roads. b) Supplying S&S RCC Spun/vibrated cast pipes (reinforced) pipes NP-3 Class conforming to IS:458-1988 for the length upto 175m Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer in charge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose
