SNDR02 - Part A; Laying of sewer network, construction of wet wells & other allied works A2. Missing Sewer network links under used water network in ward No. 1 to 11 & 13;15 and to 21,24 & 25 of zone 1&2 a) Excavation in all kind of strata at varying depths for pipelines. b) Providing, laying and jointing of Sewer Pipeline by using 160 mm dia uPVC SN;8 class for minimum length of 1.64 km, 200 mm dia uPVC SN;8 class for minimum length of 0.06 km and 250 mm dia uPVC SN;8 class for minimum length of 0.03 km, as per IS16098;213 with latest amendments along with Hydraulic test including diversion of water course if required and restoration works in flexible and rigid pavements c) Providing, laying and jointing of Sewer Pipeline by using 300mm dia RCC NP3 class for minimum length of 0.045 km and 450mm dia RCC NP;3 class for minimum length of 0.140 km confirming to IS;458;1988 and jointing of pipes with rubber rings along confirming to IS;5382 along with Hydraulic test including diversion of water course if required and restoration works in flexible and rigid pavements i) Diversion of water course, if required, and Road restoration as per site requirement.Road crossing works by Trenchless Technology with MS pipes of required dia and thickness mm (Fe 410 grade) as per IS 3589;2001 with latest amendments, for crossing of Highway ii) Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding. Rubble stone masonry in cement mortar and Cement Concrete Grade M;15 & M;20 and restoring to original condition. iii) Other allied works to complete the work.iv)Any other appurtenance allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirements Note; 1. Supply of materials and execution of works to be carried out as per the relevant specifications mentioned in the CSR, IS code and CPHEEO manual. 2. Works to be carried out as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of works 3. Drawings enclosed are for tender purpose only. 4. All works and items shall be executed as per the ISor MORTH Specification CPHEEO, KSPCB guidelines and Specifications mentioned in the contract. The Machine hole and pipe line should be designed by taking care of HFL, buoyancy, afflux and other precaution while laying in the Nala.
