KAL002 - Providing Sewer Pipeline and Machineholes including restoration of roads. The following works are included. a) Earth work Excavation in all starta, including cutting and excavation of Asphalt Road, Concrete Road, etc b) Providing and laying of pipeline with 350 and 700 mm dia RCC NP3 pipes confirming to IS IS: 458-1988, Length - 3.61 km c) Providing PVC-U INDIVIDUAL U.G.D House service connection (which shall be laid from inside the customer property ) which includes: a) Supply of PVC-U pipe (b) providing and fixing of 315 mm dia the PE Inspection chambres with lid consisting of inlet & outlet arrangements - 65 No's d) Construction of BBK Masonry machinehole chambers of dia 1.2 to 1.5 m with varying depth - 74 Nos and repair of existing machine holes. e) Dismantling and restortion of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding. Rubble stone masonry in cement mortar and Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20. f) Restoration of Flexible/Rigid pavements as per IRC guide lines, MORTH specification and with respect to existing road specification. g) Crossing of pipeline by Trenchless technology through (manual jacking method) Ramming / Jacking method to cross Railway track / NH /BDA /BBMP/Other roads/Existing utilities / NALA crossings , total 30 m length, Jacking of 900 mm dia & 12mm thick M.S. Casing Pipe. h)Any other appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement i)Other allied works to complete the work. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, CPHEEO guidelines and MoRTH specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.
