Construction of STP including Electro mechanical Works near extisting STP of 4.86 MLD capacity near existing STP, Behind KSRTC Depot, Saudatti Town. a)Design, supply, construction, installation, testing & commissioning of 4.86 MLD STP with SBR technology for inlet Sewage parameters. BOD=300ppm COD=600ppm TSS=600ppm TKN 55ppm pH - 6.5 to 7.5,Main Units consisting of Inlet Chamber, Screen Chamber, Grit Detritus Tanks and Biological CASP Basins, Chlorine Contact Tank, Chlorinator with Chlorinator shed & tonner Shed, Chemical Storage & Dosing shed with dosing Equipments, Sludge Sump, Gravity Sludge Thickener, Sludge dewatering system equipment and building, sludge storage shed, necessary piping work with required valves, gates, storm water drains and rain water harvesting system, bypass drains, roads & pathways, landscaping, Compound wall with gates, Administration Block cum Laboratory, Laboratory Equipments, staff quarters, Tools and Plants, Spare Parts, ESR and Tanker Filling points, Metering Room, Guard Room etc.with all involved civil, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical works inclusive as per detailed specification for civil, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical components with all duties and taxes, etc. complete to achieve BOD less than 10 ppm, COD less than 100 ppm, TSS less than 10 ppm, to get reusable quality of water for industrial / agricultural purposes. outlet parameters shall also include TN less than 10 ppm, NH3N less than 2 ppm and TP less than 1 ppm With full automation including PLC-SCADA and Instrumentation, reuse arrangement (storage - GLR, OHSR and pumps) and treated effluent disposal line for treated water 1 KM as per specifications b)Any other appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement Note : 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge. 3) Drawings are enclosed are for tender purpose only.

SVDT01 - PART A: A1. Sewer network with machineholes under re-habilitation of used water network a)Excavation in all kind of strata at varying depths b)Providing, laying and jointing Sewer Pipeline by using 300 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm and 800 mm dia RCC, NP3 class confirming to IS:458-1988 and jointing of pipes with rubber rings along confirming to IS:5382 along with Hydraulic test for minimum length of 2.60 km including restoration works in flexible and rigid pavements at various depth and locations. c)Providing, laying and jointing uPVC Sewer Pipeline by using 160 mm to 250 mm dia as per IS:16098 SN8 Class and jointing of pipes, cutting of pipes etc along with Hydraulic test for a minimum length of 21.10 km including restoration works in flexible and rigid pavements at various depth and locations. d)Providing and Construction of RCC machine hole chambers, of 1.2 m,1.5m, dia cast-insitu /Pre-cast with heavy duty SFRC cover and frame, for varying depths (the depth may vary as per the site condition). e)Providing and Construction of Brick machine hole chambers, of 1.2 m dia heavy duty SFRC cover and frame, inside and outside plastering for varying depths (the depth may vary as per the site condition). f)Restoration of damaged /Water supply lines/Culverts/Nalas etc and damaged roads during execution in both flexible and rigid pavements. g)Any other appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement Note : 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge. 3) Drawings are enclosed are for tender purpose only
