NVL03 - Part A A1. Construction of UGD a)Providing House Service Connections (HSC) :2845 Nos. NVL06 - PART B : Construction of STP at Guddakeri a)Construction of 2.2 MLD, STP-SBR technology STP for ZONE-2A with following components Stilling Chamber, Mechanical Fine Bar screen channel with screens, Grit Chamber, Biological treatment system, Sludge Systems, Chlorination tank, Chlorinator, Sludge Sump with air blower, thickener feed sumps, Centrifuge pumps, DWPE dosing system, Grit Chamber bypass channel, SBR basin inlet channel with storage area for sludge, Green belt/ land scaping in buffer zone of proposed STP as per KSPCB norms, Construction of internal developments such as roads, street light chain link fencing etc., complete. b)Any other appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement Note : 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge. 3) Drawings are enclosed are for tender purpose only.

NVL10 - Part-C: Operation & Maintenance of Wet well, STP with SBR technology 3rd Year Operation & Maintenance of Wet well, STP with SBR technology of 2.2 MLD for 5 years excluding power charges Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.

Construction of UGD a)Excavation in all kind of strata at varying depths b)Providing, laying and jointing Sewer Pipeline by using 300 mm dia to 500 mm dia, S&S RCC SPUN/VIBRATED CAST PIPES (REINFORCED) NP3 class pipes, confirming to IS:458-1988 and jointing of pipes with rubber rings along confirming to IS:5382 along with Hydraulic test as per IS in ward No 1 to 10 and Ward No 14 to 17 and Ward no 19 of Navalgund town minimum length of 20.75 km. c)Providing, laying, jointing Sewer line using 160 mm to 250 mm dia Unplasticised PVC pipes (confirming to IS16098;213 with latest amendments) along with hydraulic test ward No 1 to 10 and Ward No 14 to 17 and Ward no 19 of Navalgund town minimum length of 1 km. d)Providing and Construction of BBM machine hole chambers, of 1.2 and 1.5 dia cast-insitu/Pre-cast with heavy duty SFRC cover and frame , for varying depths minimum of 1230 Nos ( the depth may vary as per the site condition) e)Diversion of water course if required, and Road restoration as per site requirement f)Any other appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement Note : 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge. 3) Drawings are enclosed are for tender purpose only.
