Code02 - Surface Drains in soil, Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross-sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50 m (average lead 25 m) as per Technical Specification Clause 307.Mechanical Means with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

Code19 - Retro-Reflectorised Traffic Signs - Manufacturing, Supply and installation of retro- reflective Cautionary, Mandatory & Informatory signboards made out of cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to Type XI standards of IRC:67:2012 specification & fixed over 4 mm thick Aluminum Composite Panel sheet having minimum 0.30 mm thick aluminum skin on both sides & fixed over a support frame of 25x25x 3mm MS angle and mounted on 75 mm dia OR 75X75X6MM Mild steel angle of Total height 2.70 M with clear height of not less than 2.10 M from the ground level to the bottom of the Sign board & 60 cm below ground level. The sign post should be painted with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of black and white color with bands of 30 cm height alternatively firmly fixed to the ground by means of foundation with M20 grade cement concrete of 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm including cost & conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery & Labour with all leads and lifts, Loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by engineer in-charge. 10 years warranty for Retro Reflective Sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer as per clause 6.9 in IRC 2012 & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be obtained from the supplier.with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

Code01 - Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. Code20 - Providing and construcation un-renforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other tyoe as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383:2016, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixing 0f 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joints, primer, sealant, curing of concrete slab for 14-days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

Code13 - Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

Code03 - Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 m, Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections. with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

Code07 - Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

Code05 - Compacting original ground supporting embankment Loosening, Levelling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for embankment construction as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.1. with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

Code14 - Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 40/60 TPH capacity hot mix plant batch type using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5% by weight of mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously repared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per MoRTH V revision. with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work
