Itemcode-12.94.1 - Providing and fixing factory made Green certified, Anti Termite, UV resistant, high water absorbant single extruded WPC (Wood PolymerComposite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum Providing and fixing factory made Green certified, Anti Termite, UV resistant, high water absorbant single extruded WPC (WoodPolymerComposite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 g) having minimum density of 650 kg/m3 and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws The cost includes cost of materials, transportation, labour and fixing charges.(Cost of Fixtures to be paid separately) ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Itemcode-9.39 - Providing skirting, dadooing, rises of steps with colour glazed tiles 6mm thick on 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry over existing rough plaster surface using glazed tiles of approved make and size including cost of materials, labour, complete as per specifications ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Itemcode-20.41 - Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Itemcode-11.35.1.3 - Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For Fixed Portion :Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Itemcode-8.30 - Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 m² over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 m²) with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Itemcode-8.54.2 - Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Itemcode-19.22.1 - Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Itemcode-8.51 - Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Itemcode-11.30.1 - Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. Itemcode-12.93.1 - Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/Clerestory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 g) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 850 kg/m3, screwwithdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-InCharge. (Fixtures shall be paid for separately). Size 62 x 100mm ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Itemcode-11.37.1 - Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/ m²) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. ---- Including all lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all men and machinery and equipments required for successful completion of work etc., complete.
