004 - Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

005 - Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.-CGI sheet.

006 - Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

007 - Earth work in surface excavation for stripping, seating of bund, Road way, by manual means for lowering & leveling the ground for all works other than foundation & depth in all kinds of soil not exceeding 300mm as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage & other appurtenances required to complete the work.

008 - Providing rubble and Pond Ash/Bottom Ash filling in layers of 250 to 300 mm including cost of all materails, machinery, labour, watering, Ramming etc., with all lead and lift. (Pond Ash/Bottom Ash will be issued department at free of cost).

009 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The Anite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, farmwork, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement shall be paid separately) Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.

010 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, farmwork, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement shall be paid separately) Mix 1:4:8 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.

011 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, Straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification. All other type of structures

012 - Providing and laying in Reinforced cement concrete for all Basement & surface level works, return walls, retaining walls, sunken floors etc. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, including formwork and all other appurtenances red to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement shall be paid separately)-M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.

013 - Providing Brick work with Non Modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 5.0 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor I level in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery & other incidental charges complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work.

014 - Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

015 - Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of requiredsize M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

016 - Providing and laying Cement concrete flooring 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate using 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry complete.

017 - Providing and laying Vitrified tiles with thickness 9-10 mm in differentsizes with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

018 - Providing & fixing of 2-track x 2-panel sliding windows made out of multi chambered UPVC (Matching to RAL 9016) sections and with minimum TiO2(Titanium Dioxide) at 6PHR with TPE(Thermo Plastic Elastomer) and lead free, gaskets grey colour having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanized Iron profile through-out the window frame. The outer frame having an overall size of 50mm width x 42mmheight with reinforcement of 1mm thickness and Sash with overall size of 31mm X 57mm with Gi reinforcement of 1mm for the frame and 1.5 mm for the sash. Coextruded Glazing bead for fixing of glass shall be of size 21.5mm x 9.5 mm. Windows shall be provided with 5mm plain float glass, standard hardware& single point locking system with touch lock. Wall thickness of frame & sash shall be of 1.8+-0.2 mm. Maximum possible size 1519mm x 1519mm.(The cost is inclusive of all fixtures and separate charges for minor T&Ps shall not be made)

019 - Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge: Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

020 - Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/m²) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications.

021 - Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) For Fixed Portion: Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications.

022 - Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per m2 as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 m or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

023 - Providing and fixing Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

024 - Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm)

025 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

026 - Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/ Epoxy

027 - Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1.
