Sinking of Borewell of 165 mm dia clear using fast rig in all strata including over burden upto 20mtr, fixing of casting pipes, collars and cap and with necessary cutting and throding including transportation of rig and supporting vehicles, crcharges and cost of consumable etc., complete (casing pipes, collars and caps will be supplied departmentally)including yield testing at the final depth with a minimum continuous working of compressor for one hour for P.W.S. and M.W.S. Scheme only. - complete with all lead and lifts,all incidental charges and as directed by the Engineer in charge Basic rate (50.00-100.00m) ---- 11. The requisite Earnest Money Deposit EMD through e.cash only. 3. Scanned signature of the bidder or authorized representative in case of a firm or company to be attached to the bid document. The annual turnover of intending bidder who participate for the work shall be equivalent to the amount put to tender Rs 59.23 Lakhs in any two financial years during the last 5 years ie from 2017.18 to 2021.22. The audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant DULY SHOWING THE UDIN UNIQUE DOCUMENT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER along withincome tax returns should be uploaded. The turnover of previous years shall be updated to the present value of year 2022.23by giving a weight age of 10 percentage for each previous year turn over value 7. The intending bidder should have in the last five years ie from 2017.18 to 2021.22 satisfactorily completed at least 90 percentage contract value as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work i.e. Providing Irrigation facility through Borewell not be less than 50 percentage of the amount put to tender 29.62 Lakhs Work done certificates obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be uploaded. The work done value of the previous year s shall be updated to present price level of 2022.23 by giving weight age 10 percentage for each year. 8. The Tenderer or his identified sub.contractor should possess required valid certificate registered under Karnataka Govt ground water authority for executing Borewell work and should have executed similar Borewell works totaling Rs. 5.84 Lakhs usually not less than 50 percentage of the Borewell works in one year during the last 5 years ii. The Tenderer or his identified sub.contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing electrification work and should have executed similar Electrical works totaling Rs.13.41 Lakhs usually not less than 50 percentage of the electrical works in one year during the last 5 years 9. Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than the amount 17.70 Lakhs Credits lines .Letter of credit certificate from nationalized bank for meeting the fund Requirement etc. The contractor should upload necessary documents issued by the nationalized banks as per prescribed format enclosed as annexure.1 to the notification. Each of the documents uploaded to the e.portal should be self attested by the contractor or an authorized representative in case of firm . company. Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity ( A*N*2.5 - B ) where Maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B Value at 2022-23 price level of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 5 Months.
