KSRRB 300-1. Earthwork excavation by manual means for roads, drains & similar works in hard soil excavated surface levelled and sides neatly dressed, the disposed earth to be levelled neatly after breaking of clods complete as per specifications. MORTH / Chapter 3

KSRRB M300-55. Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material Gravel/Murrum with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table No. 300-2 complete as per specifications, including cost of earth,watering charges & compaction by vibratory roller to 97% of modified proctor density.MORTH Specification No. 305.

KSRRB 500-11: Providing and laying bituminous macadam on prepared surface with crushed coarse aggregates as per design mix formula for base / binding coarse including loading of aggregates with F.E.Loader, hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material in tipper to paver and laying mixed materials with paver finisher to the required level and grade , rolling by smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired density , but excluding cost of primer /tack coat & including lead, lift and cost of all materials , labour, HOM complete as per specifications. Using 40/60 TPH capacity H.M.P. with Mechanical paver Gr-II(50 mm to 75 mm) with 3.4% VG-30 Bitumen.

KSRRB M300-53. Construction of embankment with approved material Gravel/Murrum with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement Table 300-2 complete as per specifications, including cost of gravel / murrum, watering charges & compaction by vibratory roller to 95% of modified proctors density.MORTH Specification No. 305.

KSRRB M800-4: Direction and Place identification Signs with Size more than 0.90 Sqmt Size board :- Providing and erecting directon and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mm thick with area not exceeding 0.90 Sqmt supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm, 2 nos. Firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per aproved drawing.

Providing and laying in position plain/Reinforced cement concrete M20 for sub-structure/Superstructure works, with cement @ 320 kgs, 20 mm & down size graded granite metal coarse aggregate @ 0.69 cum and fine aggregates @ 0.46 cum machine mixed with super plasticisers @ 3 lts confirming to IS 9103-2008,concrete laid in layers, well compacted and providing weep holes wherever necessary. with necessary scaffolding, form work etc., including cost of labour, HOM curing etc., complete.

KSRRB 300-58. Compaction of original ground by mechanical means including filling in depression occuring during rolling including cost of all labour, HOM complete as per specifications.MORTH / Chapter 3 (P.No.146, I.No. 19.56 of PWD & IWTD SR of Banglore circle)

KSRRB M400-14.1. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregates of granite / trap / basalt of specific sizes to water bound macadam specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3- wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per Specification. Type B 11.2 mm for grading III.

Constructing un-reinforced, plain cement concrete for pavements using Grade concrete M30 over a prepared base with OPC coarse aggregate at 0.69 cum, fine aggregates at 0.46 cum, Coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383-2016, with Superplastizer at 3 lts conforming to IS 9103-2008. mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel,laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing). & Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished with floaters in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints,including groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation membrane of impermiable plastic sheet of 125 micron, sealant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades, textured with texturing machine, and curing including cost of all materials, labour,hire charges of machineries,all lead & lift charges etc., complete as per specifications.with OPC at 360 kg/cum and coarse aggregate 0.69cum, fine aggregate 0.46cum.

Providing and fixing RCC precast guard stones of size 0.23m x0.23m x1.5m casted in cc 1:1.5:3 with 20mm down size aggregates using 10mm dia vertical 4TMT steel rods and 8 mm dia stirrups at 20 cm c/c fixed 0.90 m above Ground level using steel moulding, Curing, transportation to work spot including excavation in hard soil fixing in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm downsize aggregate including aligning to plumb and line providing enamel painting to exposed faces in alternate black and white strips and painting with reflective paint on top of guard stone with a width of 10 cm including cost of all materials, labour, hire charge of machineries complete. KSRRB 300-48. Scarifying kankar / gravel / metal crust by mechanical means upto 150mm thick disposal of stuff including cost of all labour charges, HOM complete as per specifications.MORTH / Chapter 3

SRRB M2200-6.Providing T.M.T. steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and/or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per disign (laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured and paid) cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specification. MORTH Specification No.1600 & 2200.TMT Bars Fe500.

KSRRB M400-14.1. KSRRB 200-8 : Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, by manual means, in area of light jungle, removal of stumps, disposal of unserviceable materials, stacking of serviceable materials labour charges complete as per specifications. MORTH Chapter 2

KSRRB:M500-6 Providing and applying primer coat with S.S.bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base such as WMM including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/ sqm using mechanical means complete as per specifications.Clasuse 502 of MORTH V revision.

KSRRB 400-2. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting specified graded gravel or any other course material 60% and crushed stone aggregates of granite / trap / basalt 40% in sub-base course, close grading-I including premixing the material at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill), carriage of mixed material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on a prepared base and compacting with power roller to achieve the desired density including all materials, labour, HOM, lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion complete as per specifications. MORTH Chapter 4.

KSRRB: 500-18: Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects complete as per Specifications. Using 40/60 TPH capacity H.M.P. with mechanical paver Gr-II (25mm to 30mm) with 5% VG-30 Bitumen.

KSRRB M2100-1.1. Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soils for foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, providing shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and filling back with approved material including cost of all materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications.MORTH Specification No.304. i) o m to 3 m depth by manual means

KSRRB M800-13.Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectrising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface:-Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 standards specifiesd. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per specifications.MORTH Specification No. 803.

KSRRB M800-2. Retro-Reflectorised Traffic Signs:- Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC : 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing complete as per specifications.ii) 600 MM equilaterial triangle-Type-XI.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP-3 for culverts including pointing ends and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 including cost of all materials, labour, curing, including cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications. KSRRB M2900-1. Plain cement concrete M10 mix with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing including cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications.MORTH Specification No. 408.

Construction of granular sub base Grading-V as Sub Base and drainage layer by providing Coarse Graded Crushed stone aggregates of granite /trap/basalt material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site ,spreading in uniform layers with motor grade on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the 98% proctor density, complete as per specifications.Clause 401 of MORTH V Revision.
