As per Approved Data Rates - Lifting of lowered bulkhead and slot leg frame from bell mouth portion and emergency gate groove by under water diving for a depth of about 30 to 46 mtrs, to the surface and shifting to the dam vacant yard after completion of work, cleaning the sealing materials from masonry surface including cost of divers, labours, materials, diving equipments. (includes equipments like Kirby morgan box, Face mask, Diving fins, Underwater lighting and communication system, Demand valves, Umblicles, Pneumatic tools, HP & Oxygen bottles weight belts, Diving platform, Hositing machineries and all other auxillary equipments) labours, transporting etc., complete with all lead and lifs and Engineer-in-charge of the work

The work also includes under water colour video recording wherever directed by covering all activities with surface to the set to display at top and delivery of 4 sets of recorded CD etc., complete with all lead and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work

As per Approved quotation Rates - Supplying and fixing of Bulb type tefflon cladded new rubber seals of size 44mm dia 100x20mm thick / suitable size confirming to relevant IS specifications to the top and sides portion of the service gate of left bank canal sluice including supplying and fixing with suitable size M.S. flats and SS bolts, punching holes of required diameter to the MS flat and rubber seal inclusive of cost of all materials, machineries, equipments, labours, scaffolding, transporting, etc, complete with all lead and lifts as per detailed specificaion and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

As Per Approved Data Rate - Erection of Bulk Head of size 3650mm X 5790mm on the upstream side to seal the Vent opening of 1829mm X 3658mm level, with Rubber seals to close the vent to achieve leak proof, sealing the leackages from surface of Bulk head and hold in position to enable to remove the service gate for refurbishment and lowering the gate after the work is completed into the gate groove on down stream side including cost of all materials, machinery, Certified divers, Techinicians and helpers with safety measures complete etc., complete with all lead and lifts.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

As Per Approved Data Rate - Providing and laying polymer concrete using suitable admixtures products including reinforcement, anchor rods, welding by using polyfibres, Tapecrete, Calamite, Superplasticiser mixed with cement sand aggregates of 20mm & down size including cost of all labour machineries, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, finishing ccomplete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.
