The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM of the product offered in the bid should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a number of Financial years as indicated in the bid document before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: 10% weightage is given to past performance. The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for eligibility requirements are: - 10% of bid quantity for past performance - 25% percentage of total quantity for contract award to MSE sellers Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. ISO 9001 certification 2. Material Test Certificate 3. BIS licence 4. Type test certificate 5. Approval certificates as prescribed in the Product Specification given in the bid document.
