INFORMATION 1.1 The Hutti Gold Mines Company Limited is a Government of Karnataka undertaking engaged in mining and extraction of Gold. HGML is having main unit at Hutti in Raichur Dist. and other unit at Chitradurga Dist (CGU). The company has installed 11.4 MW wind mills in 640 acres M.L. leased area at Chitradurga Gold unit near Chitradurga. The details of wind mills installed as under. Sl. Total Capacity 1 Vestas RRB 2006 0.6 MW 8 4.8 MW 2 Suzlon 2008 1.5 MW 3 4.5 MW 3 Suzlon 2011 2.1 MW 1 2.1 MW Total 11.4 MW 1.2 The 11.4 MW wind farm has connected with 33/66KV sub-station having 22.5 MVA capacity Transformers connected with 4.7 Kms 66KV over head line by single circuit with COYOT conductor and terminated at 220 KV MUSS, KPTCL Chitradurga. 1.3 Approach and Accessibility: The proposed wind farm site is located near Ingaladal village, Chitradurga Taluk of Chitradurga District. The nearest town is Chitradurga. It is 2.0 Kms from NH-4 and 10 Kms from Chitradurga town and about 192 Kms from Bangalore. 1.4 Tender proposal: The company is inviting tenders for compressive operation, maintenance and security contract for its 4.8 MW (0.6 MW X 8 Nos.) WTG’s of Vestas RRB make for a period of three years. The AMC contract will be initially for a period of one year and there after the Agreement shall be renewed on year on year basis after issuance of renewal notice from the HGML, the extension will depends on the performance of the agency. The scope of work also includes supervision and troubleshooting of pooling station and 66 KV line (from pooling station to 220 KV SR station) at chitradurga. Eligibility criteria: The tender should have adequate financial stability and status to meet the technical / financial obligation pursuant to the scope of contract. 2.1 The tenderers should have carried out at least two comprehensive annual operations, maintenance and security contracts of not less than 10 MW each in last three years period. The copies of work orders and performance certificates issued by the clients shall be enclosed. 2.2 The bidder should have achieved a turnover of Rs. 67.00 lakhs (in any two financial years during a period of last three financial years (FY 2016-17, FY 2017-18 & FY 2018-19). The copies of audited balance sheets and profit & loss account along with turnover certificate issued by charted accountant shall be enclosed. 2.3 The bidder should have with all the required tools and tackles for carrying out the CAOMS. The bidder has to enclose the list of tools and tackles available. 2.4 Additional documents to be enclosed: a. Employees provident fund registration certificate (EPF). b. List of the Technical and supervisory staff. c. GST registration certificate. d. PAN card. e. Employees state insurance registration. f. No deviation certificate as per format. g. Anti-Blacklisting Affidavit h. Declaration of Shareholding. i. List of Directors. j. Declaration on bidder’s relation to Directors. k. Power of Attorney. 3. THE TENDER TO INFORM HIM SELF FULLY: The tenderer shall be deemed to have carefully examined the conditions and specifications.
