FLOOR TREATMENT: Supply, applying and providing epoxy treatment to floor, comprising of the following a) Preparing the existing surface by mechanical scarification including industrial vaccum cleaner and etching depending upon the condition of the floor, washing down with necessary detergents /stain removing acid etc to clean the surface to remove laitance contamination of oil, grease etc if any and to provide key on the floor b) Providing and applying solvent free, self smoothing epoxy floor topping (of approved colour) of 2mm thick which should be hygienic hard wearing and chemical resistant. The application of epoxy is as mentioned below: i) A primer coat of epoxy as per manufacturer’s specification is applied on prepared surface using felt rollers and allowed to become tack coat. depending on the surface of floor if required one more coat of epoxy is applied in putty consistency and allowed to dry for the period of minimum 18 to 20 hours or as per manufacturer’s specification. Epoxy primer and epoxy flooring material shall be used from the following manufacture or any HAL approved manufacturer as directed by EIC a) FOSROC b) STP Ltd c) Pidilite d) Silkka e) Dr. Beck f) Ardex Endura

Providing and laying in position Cement concrete M-20 using 20mm graded granite aggregate laid in proper slopes and levels, including necessary consolidation, form work, curing forming joints, tamping, and finishing the surface even and smooth / rough broom finish as per reqirement using extra cement for topping surface coat, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Fabrication, Supply Transportation and errection in position, the structural steel work viz. rolled sections as in main and cross beams, framing for ladders, cladding, drilling, fittings, connecting with nuts and bolts,hooks and hinges, aldrops riveting,welding, grinding, wastages, fasteners , connections etc including two coats of enamel painting over a coat of primer etc complete as directed by EIC.
