Clearing Jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish at the designated places inside plant premises, as directed by Engineer-incharge

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to a dump yard or relevant disposal facility outside plant area & MSEZ as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge, beyond 50 m initial lead including all lifts involved.

Filling available excavated earth from nearby borrowpits anywhere from the plant premises (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth: consolidating and compacting each deposited layer by ramming and watering to acheive 95% dry density, lead up to 50m and lift upto 1.5 m

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors or wherever required including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete, as directed by the EIC

Supplying, filling, spreading & compacting stone boulders of size range 50mm to 200 mm, in plain surface or concrete mix, in requried thickness for all leads and lifts, all complete, as directed by the EIC

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All works, upto plinth level, etc.1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 Coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at any type of surface, including concrete, steel, rebars and all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

Providing and applying Non-shrink grout (CNS 50) or as approved (prepared as per manufacture's recommendation) for grouting of bolts, filling up of pockets etc. in concrete / RCC works as per site requirement, all complete.

Providing, mixing and applying a SBR based bonding coat of 1.5 cement : 1 Pidicrete URP or approved equivalent constructions chemical to the existing dismantled / chipped and cleaned surface as per specifications and direction of EIC.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 15% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: For payment purpose, pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is complete including all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, plants as approved by Engineer-in-charge etc. complete: 12mm to 25mm thickness as approved by EIC

Providing 20 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blockss masonry 100 mm/125 mm thick with Grade-1 AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 kg/cum conforming to IS:2185 (Part:3) in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia MS bars at every third coarse of masonry work.

Providing, laying and finishing a heavy duty, hard wearing, multi-layered epoxy based industrial flooring system of minimum thickness of 4 mm including necessary surface preparation(removal of existing flooring, grinding/scarification, removal of dusts, oil and grease, necessary repairs of potholes, cracks, grooves etc. required for proper levelling of surface as per site conditions and requirements, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications and directions of EIC) with application of a suitable primer of required thickness over the prepared surface, an epoxy screed layer and a topcoat of minimum thickness of 1 mm as per manufacturer's methodology and specifications and directions of EIC ( Total thickness of minimum 4 mm including at least 1 mm top coat).

Providing and laying polished double charged antiskid vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. (Size of tiles 600mmx600mm. or as directed by EIC)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior weatherproof paint with Silicone additives of required shade, after the application of primer: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 litre/10 sqm).

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on openings of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to12 tonne capacity after cutting and filling as per site requirements for preparation of camber, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the subgrade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres as per the direction of EIC.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with rollers of each layer not exceeding 200 mm thickness, to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and Finishing the buried cementitious & concrete surfaces with anti corrosive bituminous asphalt epoxy protective coating after the application of suitable primer and applied as per manufacturer's specifications in two coats or more to acheive minimum 125 microns DFT, including application of primer, preparation of surface etc. complete, as directed by the EIC. The payment shall be made for the area where the application procedure is followed as per the technical specifications and approved make manufacturer's specifications.

Boring, providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-35 of diameter 600mm and length below pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring in all types of soil including hard rocky layer, boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. by crawler mounted, telescopic boom hydraulic pilling Rig all complete as directed by the EIC, including removal of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads and disposing the same at the designated location inside plant premises as directed by the EIC (length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap). Note: Truck Mounted rotary/TMR/Tube well boring machine shall not be used.

Demolishing R.C.C./cement concrete of any mix (i/c equivalent design mix)/brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of servicable material and disposal of unserviceable material at designated places within plant premises as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform, safety net etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in- charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table - 3 of IS: 14856, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Fibre Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame,, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made Upvc glazed/wire mesh windows/doors comprising of lead free uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and million/coupler (wherever required) extruded profiles having minimum wall thickness of 1.70 mm conforming to EN: 12608 in any shape, colour and design dulyReinforced with galvanized mild steel section made of required shape & size as per CPWD Specification, uPVC extruded glazing beads, interlocks and Inline sash adaptor (wherever required) of appropriate dimension , EPDM gasket , hardware, SS 304 grade fasteners of minimum 8 mm dia with countersunk head, comprising of matching polymide PA6 grade sleeve for fixing frame to finished wall as per IS 1367 : Part 1 to 14, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame, sash & mullion (if required) shall be mitred cut and fusion welded/mechanically jointed duly sealed at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame, the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant overbacker rod of approved size and quality, all complete as per approved drawing conforming to CPWD specification and direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Section of steel reinforcement and cross sections of uPVC profiles to be as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Two track two panels sliding window with Aluminium channel for roller track wool pile nylon rollers with frame & sash and all associated accessories with SS 304 body with zinc alloy powder coated touch locks with hook.

Providing and laying superior quality dressed laterite stone masonry at all levels in cement mortar 1:6 , as per IS 3620(1979), having compressive strength not less than 3.5 Mpa for saturated dry samples, size as directed by the EIC

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes, after the erection of scaffolding, conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes including all fittings like bend, T, Y, collar and any other type of fitting as required, insertion rubber washer 3 mm thick, including necessary clamps in walls etc complete including testing.(All measurement will be in running meter along the center line of pipe) : 110 mm diameter

Supply & Fixing Pre-painted Trapezoidal profiled sheeting 1000-1020 mm cover width, 28 -30 mm high crests manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT hi-tensile pre-painted Zincalume /Galvalume steel (AZ-150 gsm. Aluminium –Zinc alloy metallic coating of total both sides 550 Mpa yield stress as per AS-1397). Exterior coat of SMP (Silicon Modified Polyester) / BHP XRW paint system, 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and a 5 micron polyester back coat applied over 5 microns primer OR equivalent coating/painting. The sheet shall have wide pans with stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on side laps for purlin support. The male end of the sheet shall have anti-capillary flute at side laps to prevent leakages. The sheet shall be fixed by means of Galvanised self-drilling self tapping fasteners (12-14x55 with EPDM seals). The sheet shall be supplied in lengths maximum upto 6-12 Mtrs long to suit site dimensions. The work is to be carried out directly as per specifications and direction of EIC and the manufacturer and in the colour as directed by the EIC - 0.50 mm thick TCT (Total Coated Thickness) precoated sheet of make "TATA BlueScope", "Lloyd", "Jindal" , Interarch or equivalent confirming with minimum tensile strength 550 Mpa confirming AS : 1397

Providing and fixing at the sloped roof, G.S sheet rainwater gutter with of semi circular/rectangle/ trapezoidal shape of required size as per site requirements or as directed by EIC, from a minimum girth of 450 mm, supported with iron brackers of size 40x3 mm size, bolts, nuts and washer etc., including the required accessories, fittings, bends, clamps,etc., including making necessary holes and connections with rain water pipes complete. GS sheet for the gutter shall be of 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour design and pattern.

Supply and operation of JCB for desilting , excavation, drain cleaning , dressing and other misc. works on hourly basis including the cost of fuel, operator, helper etc. as per requirement of GMPL and instruction of EIC. EA=1 hour

Consultancy services for providing structural and architectural design of package boiler shed from approved structural designer which shall include structural drawings, architectural drawings in the form of premilinary drawings and construction drawings and asbuilt drwaings, in soft copy as well as in hard copy (4 set) and including 2 site visit of the architectural / structural designer for assessment of site and during progress of work.
