10.3.10 - Providing UPVC FOAM CORE pipes conforming to IS 16098 P-1 2013 with latest amendments ended with integral sockets with ISI mark and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading and unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of UPVC pipes (with cost of elastomeric sealing rings) and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour, lead & lifts, including encasing the pipes alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. complete. for:Pipes of SN8 Self Fit - 315mm dia.(Vol-05 SR-2023-24 P No 115, I NO 10.3.10)

16.28 - Providing and constructing un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383:2016:, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joints, primer, sealant, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. 1.12 - Earth work in surface excavation by mechanical means for lowering & leveling the ground for all works other than foundation in all kinds of soils & upto depth not exceeding 300mm as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenances required to complete the work. In all kinds of soils upto 300 mm depth (Vol-01 SR-23-2024 I.No. 1.12 P.No. 8)

11.25.2 - Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge. (Vol-02 SR-2023-24 P No 84 I NO 11.25.2)

13.33.3 - Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVCplain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittingswith one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work(SR 2023-24 Vol II I.No. 13.33.3 P.No. 122)

1.4.1 - Earth work excavation for Foundation by mechanical means for all works & depth upto 3 m, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenaces required to complete complete the work.In all kinds of soils Depth upto1.5 m (Vol-01 SR-2023-24 P No 5, I NO 1.4.1)

3.1 - Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto a suitable distance as directed by the Engineer incharge of work. (PWD SR 2023-24 Vol III I.No. 3.1 P.No. 17)

4.17 - Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.(Vol-03 SR-23-2024 I.No. 4.17 P.No. 26)

3.7 - Compacting Original Ground, Compacting original ground supporting embankment, Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supportingembankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment,scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction. (Vol-03 SR-23-2024 I.No. 3.7 P.No. 17)

8.42.3 - Supplying and fixing M15 grade precast cement concrete Kerb stones for Roadway, Sidewalls and gutters fixed with CM 1:3 fixed and finsihed in line as per direction of Engineer in charge. (The cost of PCC shall be paid extra) 600 x 300 x 150 mm size (SR 2023-24 Vol II I.No. 8.42.3 P.No. 74)

1.10 - Refilling available earth around trenches/pipelines, cables in layers not exceeding 20 cms in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering with a lead upto 50 m , and lift upto 1.5 m. Including cost of all labour complete as per specifications (SR 2023-24 Vol I I.No. 1.10 P.No. 7)

ADDENDUM-1 - Add formwork charges at 35%

1.8 - Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/ Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of labour,rolling,water,all materials,usage& all other appurtenaces required to complete the work.(Vol-01 SR-23-2024 I.N. 1.8 P.No.7)

2.4.2 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates (Vol-01 SR-2023-24 P No 16 I NO 2.4.2)
