Constructing un-reinforced, plain cement concrete for pavements using Grade concrete M30 over a prepared base with OPC coarse aggregate at 0.69 cum, fine aggregates at 0.46 cum,Coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383-2016, with Superplastizer at 3 Its conforming to IS 9103-2008. mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing). & Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished with floaters in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints,including groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation membrane of impermiable plastic sheet of 125 micron, sealant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades, textured with texturing machine, and curing including cost of all materials, labour,hire charges of machineries,all lead & lift charges etc., complete as per specifications. with OPC at 320 kg/cum and Fly ash 40kg/cum confirming to IS:3812, Coarse aggregate 0.69cum, fine aggregate 0.46cum.[P.No-176, I.No-22.6.3]

In all classification of excavation by mechanical means/ machinery of trench of width upto 600 mm, for depth beyond 3 m, add 10% over the rate fixed per Cum, for each classification, for every additional depth of 1 mtr or part there of. 3) Earth work in excavation for pipeline trenches beyond 600 mm and upto 1500 mm trench width as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring, strutting, barricading, danger lighting, bracing, using sight rails & boning rods at every 100 mm whevere necessary as directed, removal of slumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and levelling the bottom of trench to the extent required , utilising the available excavated earth locally for the work etc., complete in the following strata. - do- Ordinary / Hard soil (Depth upto 3m) PART- II PIPELINE WORKS FOR WATER SUPPLY (1-EXCAVATION) [I.No-1.vii.3.a]

Supplying, lowering, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning glazed stoneware pipes conforming to IS 651:1992 with latest amendements, in all respects jointing with EPDM rubber rings (seals according to EN 681 & ASPM 425). Rubber seals joints, pipe will have groves in interior of sockets and exterior of the spigots. The rubber gaskets shall be prefixed at the factory by the manufacturer rigidly with approved glue to have leak proof joints includeing conveying of pipe to worksite and rolling and lowering into trenches into, laying true to line, level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading and unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of GSW pipes and specials, with rubber gaskets conforming to EN 681 and ASTM C - 425 including cleaning the socket and spigot with soap solutions and applying talcum powder for detecting then applying glue and before inserting of rubber gaskets, jacking and fixing in perfect condition including the cost of soap solution, talcum powder and glue etc., and giving necessary hydrualic test to the required pressure of water head with all lead and lifts including costing of jointing of materials and disposal fo debris as directed etc., complete (Contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring for testing) - 150 mm dia PART- V U.G.D.
