019 - Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to RCC structures like floor and walls of reservoirs, sewe, effluent and water treatment plants, over head tanks, etc. prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5:2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry 2 parts water) for horizontal and vertical surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fibre brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI - 212-3R-2010 ie. by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 Bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self healing of cracks upto a width of 0.50 mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer in charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For horizontal and vertical surfaces in two coats @ 0.70 kg per sqm per coat (KUWS &DB SR for the year 2021-22. I. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in finished layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality,confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, strutting,plywood / steel form work , Usage charges of achinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. 018 - Providing, applying & fixing non intrusive, impervious, non-destructive and wet wrapping type structural strengthening NCase GFF1200 fibre wrap system to columns. The work shall consist of applying preparing the column surfaces to be fairly smooth and free from protrusions by diamond grinding. Applying a skim coat punning of cement with SBR polymer and allowing to cure, followed by a priming coat of epoxy resin NCase SP over the prepared surface and wrapping a single layer of high strength fabric made up of GFF1200 saturated with two component approved high strength epoxy resin NCase SP as approved removing/drawing out of the entrapped air etc. all complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The surface area of the approved high strength glass fiber mesh alongwith laps actually embedded in high strength epoxy resin and applied for the columns, walls slabs top side with a priming coat of shall be measured for payment.

003 - Chipping unsound weak concrete material from slabs. Beams, columns & roofs upto 50mm by manual means or by standard power driven percussion type including cleaning reinforcement with wire brush complete as per direction of Engineer incharge of work. 001 - Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S.
