V-1, P-9, I-1.15.3 - Earth work excavation for Foundation by mechanical means for all works & depth upto 3 m, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenaces required to complete the work (In ordinary/soft rock without blasting Depth exceeding 3m, but not exceeding 4.5m)

V-5, P-200, I-16.36 - Clearing and grubbing land including uprooting rank vegetable grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees upto 300mm girth by manual means, in areas of light jungle, removal of stumps, disposal of unserviceable materials, stacking of serviceable materials from road boundary etc. including cost of labour charges, all lead and lifts, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer incharge

V-2, P-150, I-15.5 - Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Rafts, Below grade slab, Lift pits, water retaining structures with fully bonded High Density Polyethlene Membrane (HDPE) of 1.2mm composite thickness and having tensile strength of 25 MPa (as per ASTM D 412), elongation of 500% (as per ASTM D 412), puncture resistance of 1000N (as per ASTM E 154), peel adhesion to concrete 1200N/m (as per ASTM D 903), hydrostatic head resistance 70m (as per ASTM D 5385). The system should be fully bonded to the RCC thereby conforming to IS 16471:2017 requirements of UG waterproofing structures. The membrane should be minimum 2.4m wide to reduce the number of joints with minimum 75mm factory made selvedge’s and comprising of an HDPE layer and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer which is covered by a weather proof protective and trafficable granular layer to protect self-adhesive polymer layer, etc, including surface preparation completely as per specification.

V-1, P-8, I-1.14.1 - Earth work excavation for Foundation by mechanical means for all works & depth upto 3 m, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenaces required to complete the work- In all kinds of soils Depth upto 3 m

V-4, P-140, I-140 - Providing new embankment abutting to existing bund to strength the existing bund using soil available in adjacent area in layers of 200 to 250 mm and compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent by vibrating plate compactor or pnuematic tamper including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, picking previous layer, spreading soil in layer, breaking clods, watering, Royalty & all necessary works as directed and complete as per specification.

V-3, P-28, I-4.23 - Providing crushed stone aggregate, depositing on a prepared surface by hauling vehicles, spreading and mixing with a motor grader, watering and compacting with a vibratory roller to clause 407 to form a layer of sub-base/Base By Mix in Place Method. ii) For 37.5 mm maximum size.

V-3V P-19, I-3.14.3 - Supplying and laying at site Factory made perforated hard HDPE subsoil drainage pipes pre-wrapped with 150 gsm Geotextile for subsoil drainage system including all necessary coupling/ fittings for joints & back filling with aggregates. The pipe shall be manufactured from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). It shall be extruded into an open lattice wall structure, with 60% of the circumference consisting of open area and a 30% solid area along the invert. The product should satisfy the following parameters as below 1. Ring Stiffness as per ISO 9969: 2016 should be 0.8 kN/m2 2. Resistance to Acid with 3% HCl for 24 hrs without mass loss, change in colour, softening, cracking or spalling. 3. Resistance to Alkali with 3% KOH for 24 hrs without without mass loss, change in colour, softening, cracking or spalling. (Excavated material to be utlised in roadway at site. -200mm dia HDPE pipe
