Cement concrete of Grade M-15 ( Equivalent 1:2:4 mix) for all type of PCC/RCC Elements of all shapes in plain & curved and size, all geometricss etc., for sub base floor, plinth protection with broom/mat finish OR with a neat coat of floating cement etc., whereever specified for all types of maintenance works conforming to IS456-2000, at all floors and levels, heights for all shapes/design as per drawings using graded aggregate of 20mm and down using OPC of approved brand with Manufactured sand ( CRF-Crushed rock fine) , machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation,finishing,curing, shuttering if required etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by EIC.

Flooring: Providing and laying 20 to 30 mm thick ready mirror polished KOTA stone slab flooring machine cut to required size, laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4,and cement slurry at the rate of 4.4 kg/sqm for bedding and 2kg/sqm for joints, close jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slabs, finishing to required level and slope, curing, rubbing, cleaning with oxalic acid and wax polishing etc; complete all as per specifications.

Providing and laying mirror polished on all exposed surfaces approved granite of 16 to 18mm thick +1mm tolerance for the following of approved colour and shade granite stone slabs of size 1800mm x 1200mm / 1800mm x 2400mm and smaller sizes as per the site conditions (cut from the bigger sizes of water jet cut stone slab stone slab of approximate size required sizes in approved colour,machine cut to required size in all geometric shapes including cutting the granite to required sizes, shape , bull nosing/half nosing rounding/chamfering, wastages, over metal paste including fixing with suitable adhesive/ araldite as per the manufactures specification, materials, labours etc., all as per specification, drawing and as directed by the EIC. i. Wash basic/kitchen counter top.

Providing and fixing jet black granite facia for washbasin of approximate width/height above 60mm to 150mm with epoxy resin based adhesive (Araldite or equivalent) including cleaning etc. complete using MYK laticreate 315.

Refixing the avilable granite facia with approved adhisive etc, complete in all sizes approximate 60/80/100/150 heights in varying length from 500mm to 1800 mm. Note :Granite will be supplied by the depattment free of cost

Providing and applying anticorrosive treatment for exposed steel reinforcement as per the following: (a) Remove the concrete wherever there is spalling/cracks in the surface completely using hacking tools and the surface to be free from dust, laitance, oil, grease, algae, fungus and any other foreign material, prior to application. b) Exposed reinforcing bars shall be thoroughly cleaned with wire brush and emery cloth or by mechanical buffing wheel to remove rust, scales using rust remover chemical etc. c) Providing and applying two coats of Dr.Fixit Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer (anti corrosive chemical) or equivalent and mixing mechanically until it is homogenous and applying the same in two coats on exposed reinforcement complete with all lift etc. complete. d) Providing and applying a coat of two-part solvent free epoxy resin based bonding agent Dr. Fixit Epoxy Bonding Agent on the wall at rate of 2-3 Sqm/kg before replastering. e) Providing and applying plastering on the walls using polymer modified plaster with CM 1:4 admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP @ 10% by weight of cement or with ready to use polymer modified mortar, Dr. Fixit Polymer Mortar HB with suitable quantity of clean water. at all leads and lift etc., all as directed by EIC. Note : Actual treated surface of the affected structural member will be measured for payment.

Refixing, Altration, minor welding and modification of existing M S rails, grills with welding including welding rod and MS materials upto 2kgs for all supports, inserts in the stone/brick wall. The rate shall include the cost of all materials and labour etc, complete as per the specification etc, complete and as directed by EIC.

Finishing: Providing and plastering the debonded / deteriorated external / internal brick cladding at various locations /levels/ heights unsing Ready mixed cement mortar of M/s. Ramco, M/s. ACC Accoplast, M/s. Birla Aerocon or equivalent redimix cement plaster all as per the manufactures specification in one or more coats OR matching colour and size terracota flat tiles after removing the existing deteriorated brick at all heights & levels, elevation including staging and scaffolding matching to the existing brick pattern facade, finishing the surface to line level and smooth including curing, painting with exterior grade mtaching colour exterior emulsion paint of M/s Berger/M/s Asian or equivalent etc., complete and as directed by EIC.

Providing and Plastering 12-15mm thick using Ready mixed cement mortar of M/s. Ramco, M/s. ACC Accoplast, M/s. Birla Aerocon or equivalent specified finished, including scaffolding, curing, etc; complete for INTERNAL SURFACES of walls, beam, ribs, sills, jambs, ceiling, to line , level, at all lead & lifts etc; complete all as per specifications at all heights.

Providing 20 mm thick external plaster using Ready mix plaster of approved make at all heights and locations including scaffolding, external faces of brick work/concrete surfaces (back coat and finishing coat of 10 mm. thick each) with water proofing agent @ 2% by weight as per ready mix plaster manufacturer recommendations and including preparation of the surface, hacking wherever necessary, curing, cleaning at all heights & locations complete. all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Repairs to plaster of thicknesses from 12mm to 20mm in patches of 2.5sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, removing the existing plaster conpletely, preparing surface and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead with Ready mixed cement mortar of M/s. Ramco, M/s. ACC Accoplast, M/s. Birla Aerocon or equivalent .

Painting wood work with TWO or more coats of SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT of first quality and approved colour to give an even shade over a coat of synthetic enamel primer including Removing carefully the existing SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT/Acrylic emulsion white wash or colour wash by steel brushing and / or scraping, sand papering and preparing wall surface smooth including repairs to scratches, cleaning the surfaces, filling the crevices with approved filler, applying a coat of approved putty on whole surface and rubbing the surface to achieve desired smooth surface, scaffolding, cost of labour, wastages etc; complete all as per specifications. (Rate to include cost of synthetic enamel primer, putty also).Note : Actual painted area will be measured for payment.

Painting steel work like M.s railing, gaurd bars etc.,with two or more coats to get uniform finish with SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT of first quality and approved colour to give an even shade over a coat of zainc chromate primer including cleaning the surfaces, filling the crevices with approved filler, scaffolding, etc; complete all as per specification. Note : Actual painted area will be measured for payment.

Painting internal plastered surfaces with two or more coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and colour of M/s Berger/ M/s Nerolac or equivalent) to give an even shade with required finish over a coat of water thinnable cement primer including cleaning the surfaces, filling the crevices with approved filler, scaffolding, etc., complete all as per specifications.

Providing and painting the external plastered surfaces for walls, ceiling with two coat of weather coat long life of M/s. Berger paint or equivalent based on PU silicone technology over a coat of primer to withstand heavy rain and water repellent or equivalent having protection against fungal growth, flaking, fading, alkali and UV degradation and to give an even shade with required finish including cleaning the surfaces, applying one coat of primer, filling the crevices with approved filler with non shrink aquatic crack filler of M/s. Fosroc one coat of sealer and up to with scaffolding at all levels, heights, locations and lead, including preparing the surfaces, providing wall care putty in two or more coats to get uniform plain surface, line, level, scaffolding, double height staging, cleaning etc, at all floors, locations. Heights and lead etc., complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing, polishing and finishing mealamine polish in matt/semi glossy melamine finish after French polish over previously polished wood or wood based surface to give an even surface after surface preparation ,cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and foreign matter, sand papered smooth, sealer etc., including cost of wood filler and materials, labour, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Surface Preparation: Taking out the old motor from the existing stone joints with chisel/brush/hacking hammer. Appling M/s Fosroc Nitibond SBR for the vertical and horizontal joints. Providing and filling M/s. Bal endura grout powder ( Bal endura grout powder shall be mixed with M/s. Fosroc nitobond SBR with 1: 2 (1 Nitobond SBR liquid : 2 Bal endura grout powder)) for the vertical and horizontal joints for a depth of at least 5-8mm and an height of 10 to 15mm including parapet grooves or joints between coping stone and cladding stone. The same joints shall be trimmed out to a uniform thickness using emery paper after setting and curing the grout powder. The entire surface shall be treated two or more coats using Fosroc Nitocote SN 522 Colorless Silicone water repellent by spraying with compressor machine at all heights, locations and lead etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Maintenance - Carpentry works : Providing and fixing door closures of DORMA or equivalent for doors opening up to 1, 2 mtr width including necessary screws etc., and as directed by EIC

Supplying and fixing at site of approved quality fittings, fixtures with transparent or dyed to required colour or shade along with S.S.screws, bolts and other accessories as per approved samples as per relevant IS. : Providing and fixing SS Mortise handle 3 part system including (Dorset code - SLORSS22 equivalent make) and Mortise Latch lock with cylinder (Dorset code - ML-100 SS) or approved equivalent make) Lock(Dorset codeCL201 SS) etc, complete.

Providing and fixing Round Cylindrical Door Lock of SS Matt Finish. Of M/s Godrej/ M/s Doorset or equivlent.

Supply and fixing approved pedestal lock with metal keys equivalent model No Z-SQL1-32 of size 32mm and dia 19mm of M/s Ebco/ M/s Godrej/M/s Ozone/M/s Hettich with all accessories,screw etc, complete as directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing M/s Ebco C type SS matt finish drawer handle equivalent to modle NO GZH1-96 NB of M/s EBCO with all accessories, SS screw etc, complete.

Attending minor carpentry works like aligning the door shutter, planing the door frame and shutter edges to get smooth and even surface, refixng the locks, fittings & fxtures etc., including tools, tackles, labour etc, complete as directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing Front multi drawer lock equivalent to model No Z-FMDL60 - 19mm dia of M/s EBCO/M/s.Godrej/ M.s Hettich/M/s ozone equivalent drawer lock set 3 in 1 multi drawer lock with metal keys etc., all as directed by EIC.

Door Stopper: Supply and fixing SS door stopper of make (DST75S) From Doorset or approved equivalent make all as directed by EIC.

Door Bush: Supply and fixing PVC bush of 75mm long 40mm dia of approved make detc., all as directed by EIC.

PH -Works: Providing & fixing in position following approved quality CP fittings of 15 mm nominal dia. with ISI mark / approved make of following type including providing & fixing CP specials, wall flanges and fixing to concealed / exposed pipe line with leak proof threaded joints using tap alone tapes., testing the joints hydraulically to a pressure of 10 kg./ sq.cm, rectifying the leaky joints, if any, including cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications : CP Health Faucet with 8 mm dia 1 m long flexible tube & Wall Hook of Jaquar Cat. No. ALD-573 GA

Cleaning of Over Head/ Under ground R.C.C.Tank including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i)Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge : Sump : Domestic tank - 2.65 lakh lits
