Supply, Installation, Testing and Successful Commissioning of 4 + 8 Way Double Door MCB Distribution Box made out 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with 2 coats of primer & 2 coats of Siemens Gray colour paint, suitable for 440V, AC to fix on surface / recess, complete with Din Rail consisting of 1 x 40Amps "C" Curve, 10kA Breaking Capacity, 4 Pole MCB, 3 x 32 Amps 2 Pole MCB, "C" Curve, 10kA Breaking Capacity and blank plates. The output from the 40A MCB be connected to the 3 x 32 Amp MCBs as Input with independent 6.0 sq.mm single core copperwires, duly terminated with copper lugs. Supply, Installation, Testing and Successful Commissioning of 100Amps, 30kA 4 Pole MCCB suitable to operate in 440V AC and installed in a suitable size Single Door MS Box made out 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with Siemens Gray colour paint, to fix on surface and having 2 LED for Input and Output. LT Double Door IP55 Outdoor Panel Box of size 40 Inches (W) x 36 Inches (H) x 20 Inches (D) made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, powder coated with siemens gray colour paint and consisting of 4 x 250 Amps Capacity, Aluminium bus-bar strips with proper colour coding and insulation, covering the Bus-Bar with electrical grade sheet from inside. At the bottom, to provide 1 x 250A, 50KA Range 4P MCCB. The output from the MCCB to be connected to the Bus-Bars with same size & range Aluminium Bus-Bar links. Each Busbar to have 4 nos of holes at equal distance to connect UG Cables of sizes 25 to 50 sq.mm. 4 sets of plate cutting for fixing glands, entry and exit of UG cables are to be made available at the bottom. The Panel Box should have provision for mounting on the ground with total stand height of 1.5 Feet grouted to the ground using cement, bricks etc., doors on front side with locking arrangements, RYB LED Indicating Lamps for Input and Output, Aluminium Earth Bus-Bar extended on either side of the box, water proof vents (6 Inch x 6 Inch) on both the sides covered with wire mesh from inside to avoid entry of any insects etc., MCCB Make: Please refer Special Electrical Conditions under Tender Document File. Dismantling & taking down Old light Fittings / related wirings, hardwares etc., after carefully disconnecting the incoming electrical input and insulating the same, depositing all the old materials in an organised manner to the Auction / Electrical Section Store Yard or as per the advise of the Electrical Officer In-Charge of the Project without any damage.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Successful Commissioning of 9 Inch Dia, 225mm / 230mm sweep, industrial type ready to use Exhaust Fan having Bird Cage with 1.5 FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and to fix with required size of MS frame duly painted with one coat of primer and 2 coats of paint, suitable hardwares etc., and provide one no. of 3 Pin 5/6 Amps ISI make Socket along with Gangbox and 3 Pin 5/6A Amps ISI make Plugtop as required. Group A Wiring for light point / fan point / exhaust fan point / call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc., as required. Supplying and drawing 2 X 1.5 sq. mm sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit as required. Same as Item No: 12

Supplying and drawing 3 X 2.5 sq. mm sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit as required. Same as Item No: 12

Supplying and fixing of 20 mm size of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface / recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. Same as Item No: 12

Earthing with G.I earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required. Note: Masonry enclosure size is 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet; 50Kg of charcoal / coke and 50 Kg of sea salt for each earthpit; 2 runs of 25mm x 3 or 5mm G.I Strip from plate until funnel tightned with 2 Sets of SS nut, bolts and washers on the plate; 2 Sets of clamp on the GI Pipe and finally terminated on the top of the pipe.

Providing, laying and fixing 100 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trench ( 75 cm deep) and re-filling etc. as required G.I Pipe Make: Please refer Special Electrical Conditions under Tender Document File.

Supplying and laying of 63mm dia (OD-63mm & ID-51mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, joining etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. aggregate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour required. Water bound macadam.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tampling complete.
