15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 M sand)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 M sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls,walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers,abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets,sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering,shuttering and finishing : 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ M sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete Make: JINDAL/ TATA or its equivalent

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab, terrace, parapet etc., of existing old structures incorporating after initial identification of cracks, crevices and cleaning (including vegitation) throughly. In areas where the old tile grount has gone, the mud/dust settled in that area is to scraped, removed and re-grouted with with polymer cement as required.After which 2 COATS of polymer slurry (Contents: MICA, CERAMIC POWDER, ALUMINA & BUTADINE RUBBER) to be applied with an interval of minimum 2 hours. Over the dried surface, 1 COAT of Concrete Penetration Primer CPS (Contents: POLYMER BASED PRIMER) to be applied as per the instruction/directions provided by the manufacturer. The penetration of CPS should be at an extent of 4 mm to achieve surface highly impermeable. Over that, ONE COAT of Polyurethene protective coating of Ming Red Colour (Contents: POLYMER BASED POLYURETHANE) to be done as per the instructions provided by the manufacturer and as directed by Engineer-incharge. Note: Proportion of mixing the contents is as per the manufacturer's instructions/ directions. Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20 mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 M sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound, laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 M sand) and finished neat complete.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Providing and fixing C.P. Brass extension nipple (size 15mmx50mm) of approved make and quality as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass long nose bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 810 gms. 15 mm nominal bore Make: Jaguar or its equivalent

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete : 25 to 40 mm nominal bore

Cutting holes up to 15x15 cm in R.C.C. floors and roofs for passing drain pipe etc. and repairing the hole after insertion of drain pipe etc.with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 M sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work Recommended Brands [asian - apcolite premium gloss enamel OR Nerolac – synthetic enamel OR Dulux - Gloss enamel]

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) Make: Asian (Apex) or Nerolac

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead for all lead upto 10 kms including all lifts involved.
