Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab, terrace, parapet etc., of existing old structures incorporating after initial identification of cracks, crevices and cleaning (including vegitation) throughly. In areas where the old tile grount has gone, the mud/dust settled in that area is to scraped, removed and re-grouted with with polymer cement as required.After which 2 COATS of polymer slurry (Contents: MICA, CERAMIC POWDER, ALUMINA & BUTADINE RUBBER) to be applied with an interval of minimum 2 hours. Over the dried surface, 1 COAT of Concrete Penetration Primer CPS (Contents: POLYMER BASED PRIMER) to be applied as per the instruction/directions provided by the manufacturer. The penetration of CPS should be at an extent of 4 mm to achieve surface highly impermeable. Over that, ONE COAT of Polyurethene protective coating of Ming Red Colour (Contents: POLYMER BASED POLYURETHANE) to be done as per the instructions provided by the manufacturer and as directed by Engineer-incharge. Note: Proportion of mixing the contents is as per the manufacturer's instructions/ directions.
