004 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Mix 1:2:4 (M15) Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.

005 - Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m hight, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811.As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.

006 - Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.

007 - Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction. As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.

008 - Earth work excavation for Foundation by mechanical means for all works & depth upto 3 m, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenaces required to complete the work, In all kinds of soils Depth upto 3 m. As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.

009 - Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of labour,rolling,water,all materials,usage& all other appurtenaces required to complete the work. As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.

010 - Construction of Granular Sub-Base of required grading as per design mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.For Grading -III Material. As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.

011 - Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conformingto IS: 383,the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 14:1, aggregate radation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 140 kg/ m3 , optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 7 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 t vibratory roller, finishing and curing. As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.

012 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Mix 1:3:6 Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates. As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.

013 - Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :New work (two coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of ordant solution including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter,cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.

014 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification. As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.

016 - Construction of M30 grade un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with OPC @ 270 kg/m3 and GGBS@ 90 kg/m3, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383:2016, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design transported to site, laid with a paver finisher, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures, curing compound, steel channels, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.as directed by Engineer incharge.

017 - Cutting transverse contraction joints 3 to 4 mm wide and depth 60mm in concrete slab using concrete cutting machine with diamond studded saw within 4-8 hours of casting of bay / slab etc. complete including subsequent widening of the groove 8 to 10 mm. wide at top having depth of 15 mm. as directed by Engineer incharge

018 - Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 g/m2 area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35:2015.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.

019 - Providing, laying and jointing HDPE pipes of specified grade and conforming to IS 4984-2016 with latest ammendments and conveying to work site including loading and unloading at both destinations and rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and jointing of pipes and specials with electrofusion welding, giving hydraulic test as per relevant ISS with all lead and lifts including encasing the pipe alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excation, testing and commissioning. The rate is exclusive of required specials and fittings wherever necessary like saddle Tee, stub ends, flanged sets, bedns, reducers etc. complete (Contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. complete. NOTE: Upto 110mm dia Coil shall be used.For :HDPE PE 80 PN 6.0.HDPE Grade PE80-PN6.0, 200mm dia. As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.

020 - Supply and erection of 14 Feet Height Street Light Pole 14 Feet Height Street Light Pole on suitable cement concrete foundation with 2.5 Feet height dia 95 mm cast iron decorative round pedestal as per design weighing not less than 37Kgs, the pedestal shall be fitted with Class 'C' G.I.Pipe 7 Feet height 75 mm outer dia and 7 feet height top piece outer dia of 65 mm fixed by measure of threading/welding/coupling complete. (excluding foundation). As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.

023 - Supplying and drawing Flexible Multicore Cable manufactured with electrolytic grade flexible copper with low conductor confirming to IS 81301984 and Virgin PVC insulation sheathed suitable for working voltage upto 1100 Volts as per IS6941990.3C x 2.5 mm2. As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.

024 - Supplying and fixing regular MCCB distribution Panel confirming to ISIEC 61439 3 and IK09 tested as per ISIEC 62262 with minimum IP43 protection provided with Polyurethane PUR gasket, with suitable earthing system, on wallwood boardflush mounting using required cl A , bolts, nuts, etc., with provision for fixing of suitable type capacity MCCB's as an incomer for 3 phase Double door with necessary bus bar completely wired to use on 440V 3phase 4 wire powder coated painting etc., complete with a provision for fixing of singlethree phase suitable capacity MCB's as outgoings confirming to ISIEC 60898 2. 4way. 025 - Supplying and fixing Moulded Case Circuit Breaker(MCCB)overthe existing wood panel board using necessary screws, bolts, nuts, necessary phaseseparators,handle and wiring complete.Protection of Overload and Short circuit with adjustable thermal magnetic release, Microprocess or releases hall have Earth FaultasperIS IEC60947 2. (Icu 100%lcs). In4PMCCB, all Poles should have protection for Short Cicrcuit OverLoad. For Microprocessor MCCBS Facility for segregating Priority and Non Priority loads must be available in the MCCB.MCCB shall be provided with double insulation (insulation between front cover and internal power circuits to avoid any accidental contact with live current carrying path with the front cover open). 026 - Supplying & fixing miniature circuit breakers on existing MCB distribution boards using necessary fixing materials and 'C' Type curve, indicator ON/OFF, energy cross 3 with Short circuit breaking capacity of 10K and complete wiring as required confirming to IEC 60898 50-63 A SP.As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.

027 - Supplying A rated 3phase with neutral bus bar using required capacity electrolytic aluminium strips covered with heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeve, mounted on phenolicFRPDMC insulator which are mounted on powder coated 40x6mm M.S.flat frame work in existing panel board. The bus bar shall have suitable holes for termination of incoming and outgoing cables as per IS specification with necessary bolts, nuts and washers etc., complete. 250 A 4 x 30 x 10 mm Aluminium Strips. As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.

028 - Supply and Installation Fixing Provision of Pole box with HRC Fuse MCB provision and suitable connector terminal for 3 Ph 1 Ph connections with LoopIn and Loop Out terminals for 10 mm2 25mm2 3.5 C AIArCuAr Cable and branch out 2.5 mm2 2 core AICu PVC Insulated cable, enclosed in a Thermoplastic, Polystyrene enclosure, which should be shock proof, safe, IP65(Weather Proof),rust proof, dust proof, water proof having Internally Embedded Gasket with provision for cable entry through IP65 Thermoplastic, polyamide glands andor grommets.(200x200x98mm) As directed by Engineer incharge to complete the work.
