The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. 006 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Super structures of building , Road works, Water works, Irrigation works & super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granite/ trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. 007 - Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15grade cement concrete using 40 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates with placing and sinking plums of size 150 to 80 mm upto 15 percent for piers/ gravity type retaining walls / abutments / other similar structures including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing with all other ancillary operations complete etc complete as per the direction of Engineer In-charge

010 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification etc complete as per the direction of Engineer In-charge

011 - Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness etc complete as per the direction of Engineer In-charge

012 - Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction etc complete as per the direction of Engineer In-charge

013 - Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of labour,rolling,water,all materials,usage& all other appurtenaces required to complete the work etc complete as per the direction of Engineer In-charge

014 - Providing new embankment abutting to existing bund to strength the existing bund using soil from approved borrow area in layers of 200 to 250 mm and compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent by vibrating plate compactor or pnuematic tamper including cost of all materials, machinary, labour, picking previous layer , spreading soil in layer, breaking clods, watering etc.,complete with initial lead upto 1km and all lifts etc complete as per the direction of Engineer In-charge

015 - Providing and constructing 450 mm thick hand packed rough stone revetment consisting of 300 mm thick rough stones with 400 to 450 mm long through stones at 1.5 m c / c over a backing of 150 mm thick 40 mm down graded coarse aggregate layer including cost of all materials machinery, labour, laying to specified slope, wedging with chips, finishing & all necessary works as directed and complete as per specification etc complete as per the direction of Engineer In-charge

016 - Construction of Granular Sub-Base of required grading as per design spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 etc complete as per the direction of Engineer In-charge

017 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc complete as per the direction of Engineer In-charge

018 - Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/m2using mechanical means etc complete as per the direction of Engineer In-charge

019 - Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 40/60 tphcapacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 3.3% by weight of mix, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction etc complete as per the direction of Engineer In-charge

020 - Providing and applying tack coat with RS1 Bituminous Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/m2on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom etc complete as per the direction of Engineer In-charge

021 - Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 40/60 TPH capacity hot mix plant batch type using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5% by weight of mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per MoRTH V revision etc complete as per the direction of Engineer In-charge

022 - Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope andcompacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 etc complete as per the direction of Engineer In-charge

023 - Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier system comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811 etc complete as per the direction of Engineer In-charge
