002 - Earth work excavation for pipeline trenches in all kinds of soils by mechanicalmeans as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out,construction of shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, bracing, usingsight rails & bonding rods at every 100 mm wherever necessary as directed,removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and levellingthe bottom of trench to the extent required , utilising the available excavatedearth locally for the work etc., and all other appurtenances complete in thefollowing strata. 003 - Providing lowering laying, jointing, testing andcommissioning offollowing diameters glazed stone ware pipes, conforming to IS 651:1992,(with 5th revision) in all respects jointing with EPDM rubber rings (sealsaccording to EN 681 & ASPM 425) The rubber seals joints pipe willhave groves in interior of socket and exterior of the spigot. The rubbergasket shall be prefixed at the factory by the manufacturer rigidly with approved glue to have leak proof joint including conveying of pipe towork site and rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line,level and perfect linking at joints testing and commissoning includingloading and unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherevernecessary including jointing of GSW pipes and specials, with rubber gaskets conforming to EN 681 and ASTM C-425 including cleaningthe socket and spigot with soap solution and applying talcum powderfor detecting crack, then applying glue and before inserting of rubbergaskets, jacking and fixing in perfect condition including the cost of soapsolution, talcum powder and glue etc. and giving necessary hydraulic testto the required pressure of water head with all lead and lifts includingcosting of jointing materials and all necessary survey works for laying ofsewers etc., and disposal of debris as directed etc., complete. 004 - Providing and constructing "WIRE CUT BRICK MACHINEHOLECHAMBERS" using Portland/Pozzolana cement, conical in shape at top,with CC 1:3:6 foundation using 40mm and down size graded metal ofapproved quality and with an offset of 0.15M alround thechamber.Construct Brick masonry in CM 1:4, 340 mm thick, with wirecut bricks ofapproved quality, plaster inside and out side with CM 1:3, 12mm thick,except for the conical surface outside where the plaster thickness shall be20mm. Slope inside to be 1:6 in the concrete towards central drain andfinished smooth. Fixing of pipes in CC 1:2:4 with graded metal of 20mmand down size. Providing and fixing SFRC Machinehole frame and cover(Heavy Duty) conforming to IS:12592 with latest amendment, in CC 1:2:4.Providing and fixing footsteps made of 12mm dia. steel bars (Fe-500)with 3mm thick plastic encapsulation (IS-10910). The footsteps shall befixed 30cms apart and on CC block embeded to masonry wall.
