Code04 - Supplying lowering laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of following diameters glazed stone ware pipes, conforming to IS 651:1992, (with 5th revision) in all respects jointing with EPDM rubber rings (seals according to EN 681 & ASPM 425) The rubber seals joints pipe will have groves in interior of socket and exterior of the spigot. The rubber gasket shall be prefixed at the factory by the manufacturer rigidly with approved glue to have leak proof joint including conveying of pipe to work site and rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line, level and perfect linking at joints testing and commissoning including loading and unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of GSW pipes and specials, with rubber gaskets conforming to EN 681 and ASTM C-425 including cleaning the socket and spigot with soap solution and applying talcum powder for detecting crack, then applying glue and before inserting of rubber gaskets, jacking and fixing in perfect condition including the cost of soap solution, talcum powder and glue etc. and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure of water head with all lead and lifts including costing of jointing materials and all necessary survey works for laying of sewers etc., and disposal of debris as directed etc., complete. (Contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) with Rubber ring gasket joints 230mm dia SW pipes

Code05 - Refilling available earth around trenches/pipelines, cables in layers not exceeding 20 cms in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering with a lead upto 50 m , and lift upto 1.5 m. Including cost of all labour complete as per specifications.

Code06 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density

Code07 - Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/m2 using mechanical means.

Code08 - Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 120 tph capacity hot mix plant batch type using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 @ 3.3% by weight of mix, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction

Code09 - Providing and applying tack coat with RS1 Bituminous Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/m2 on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom

Code10 - Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 120 TPH capacity hot mix plant batch type using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-40, @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Code11 - Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement using RMC M-30 grade with OPC @ 270 kg/m3 and GGBS@ 90 kg/m3 (75:25 proportion) as per approved mix design procedure and thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base. The superplastisiser confirming to IS 9103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008 ,Coarse aggregates and Fine aggregate confirming to IS:383-2016, transported to site, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work). Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers and compacted using needle, suitable plate vibrator and finished in a continuous operation including provision of separation membrane and Hessian cloth finishing to lines and grades complete including cost of all materials, labour, all lead & lift, loading charges as per specification & direction of Engineer - incharge of the work. (Groove cutting shall be paid seperately)

Code12 - Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto a suitable distance as directed by the Engineer incharge of work

Code13 - Providing, filling and laying of sand bags filled with sand / clay for diversion of sewage during execution of work.

Code14 - Dewatering the sewage / storm water by using reqired HP submersible pump for the diversion of storm / sewage during the execution of work. Considering for one Pump. 10 hp pump

Code15 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550/550D Steel Reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification Quantity for encasement steel
