15.15 - Exterior wall waterproof Coating - Providing and Applying high build Acrylate Copolymers -based elastomeric waterproof coating for external wall, parapet & Chajja, which is single component, cold applied, acrylic emultion polymer. Apply coat 1st coat with 10% dilution water and 2nd coat without dilution @ 0.27L/m2 in 2 coats to achieve DFT of 110 microns, The material having followed technical properties: Attains hairline crack bridging up to 1 mm, Elongation of >120 % as per ASTMD 412; Tensile strength 1.50 Mpa per ASTM D 412, Pull off adhesion, 1.5Mpa as per ASTM D4541, including priming the surface with 1 coat diluted with water in the ratio 2:1 spreading @ 0.125 L/m2 as self-priming coat. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.

NON-SOR ITEM-3 - Joint between Platform-girder and deck slab :Providing and applying water proofing treatment to construction joint and either sides of expansion joint bund, the surface shall be made free from all dirt, fungus, loose particles by using wire brush, the surface shall be cleaned with cleaning agent chemical and also cutting and removing the existing Trough, shifting the debris to a nearby convenient location. Chipping and cleaning the surface with necessary tools, PPE, Housekeeping, etc. providing and applying viscoelastic, butyl-polyisobutelene based with non woven backing tape Master Seal 928/930 of BASF/SIKA/FOSROC or equivalent to similar properties on the cracks inside or on the concrete. The system shall have properties like Resistance to break (only fibers) Main direction:45 plus or minus10 N, Cross direction:30 plus or minus5 N, Right angle peeling on steel, MEL 052greater than or equal to 4N/cm, Shock behavior at 300C, D42 1313: No unbonding, shall have average thickness of 0.9mm and shall have capability to distort in both the transverse and longitudinal directions with a degree of memory. The application shall be done as per manufacturers specifications and guide lines in the data sheet shall be followed etc. including relaying of cable trough complete as directed by Engineer In-charge.

NON-SOR ITEM-6 - Cleaning of spouts at track level station limits from dust,silt,algae,debris etc. including removal of blockages and its conveyance from track level to ground level (as and when required) complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

NON-SOR ITEM-4 - Chipping of porous or loose mortar or concrete and filling with fast setting cement. Wherever required for grouting/filling complete as directed by Engineer In-charge.

NON-SOR ITEM-7 - Clearing of Water stagnation on deck slab by gradient correction: Cleaning the existing surface and applying one coat of Bonding agent like Nito bond EP /SBR or equivalent. Corrections to slope to avoid stagnation of water by using micro concrete with aggregates added with super latex high performance bonding agent like Dr.Fixit, Sika,Fosroc etc., or equivalent with all contractors’ men, materials, tools, plants, lead, lift, transportation etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer - in-charge. Note: The work has to be carried out during night hours after the revenue hours of Metro train service.
