15.16 - Treating mild Dampness in Interior walls - Providing and Applying Acrylic Co Polymer single component specially designed waterproof protective coating that prevents damp patches on walls without any dilution at rate of 0.25kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve total dry film thickness of 170 microns DFT. The material having followed technical properties: crack bridging ability up to 1mm as per EN 1062, Tensile strength ≥ 2N/mm2 as per ASTM D 412, adhesion strength 1.5N/ mm2 as per ASTM D4541. The finished cost including surface preparation completely as per specification.

NON- SOR 3 - Providing and making protective coving at the construction joint/expansion joint sides area using 75mm x 75mm width with 450 slope throughout the length of 135m construction joint using 24 Master Flow 718 - or equivalent Non-shrink, Cementitious,General purpose grout material of BASF brand or equivalent and finishing the same over Master Seal 928/930 tape of BASF or equivalent applied at Construction Joint/ either side of expansion joint bund.

NON- SOR 2 - Joint between Platform-girder and deck slab :Providing and applying water proofing treatment to construction joint and either sides of expansion joint bund, the surface shall be made free from all dirt, fungus, loose particles by using wire brush, the surface shall be cleaned with cleaning agent chemical and also cutting and removing the existing Trough, shifting the debris to a nearby convenient location. Chipping and cleaning the surface with necessary tools, PPE, Housekeeping, etc. providing and applying viscoelastic, butyl-polyisobutelene based with non woven backing tape Master Seal 928/930 of BASF/SIKA/FOSROC or equivalent to similar properties on the cracks inside or on the concrete. The system shall have properties like Resistance to break (only fibers) Main direction:45 plus or minus 10 N, Cross direction:30 plus or minus 5 N, Right angle peeling on steel, MEL 052 greater than or equal to 4N/cm, Shock behavior at 300C, D42 1313: No unbonding, shall have average thickness of 0.9mm and shall have capability to distort in both the transverse and longitudinal directions with a degree of memory. The application shall be done as per manufacturers specifications and guide lines in the data sheet shall be followed etc. including relaying of cable trough complete as directed by Engineer In-charge.
