FL01 - Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of high-quality long-throw RGBW multi-color wash light fixture with IP66 protection rating, compliant with BIS standard IS 10322 Part 5 Sec 1 2012 and CE certified as per EN 60598-1 2015 Low Voltage Directive and EN 61547 2009 EMC Directive. The fixture shall feature an adjustable wall-mount yoke, 100W power consumption, RGBW correlated color temperature as per approved design, PMMA optics with holder, selectable beam angles of 25, 45, or 60 degrees, DMX512 control with 4 channels, die-cast or extruded aluminium body with embossed manufacturer logo, integrated driver or decoder compartment, and optics designed to minimize hot spots and fringing for optimal color mixing. It shall operate on AC 110 to 230V input voltage, include inbuilt surge protection ranging from 2KV to 4KV extendable as required, IK05 rated toughened transparent glass, chemical 3 or 7 tank treated and powder-coated finish in black, ash, or other approved color. The fixture shall function in an operational temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius and have a minimum LED life of 50000 hours at L70 25 degrees Celsius. It shall include integral male and female waterproof connectors with pre-wired structures as per IS standards, 1.6 mm thick PCB with 35 micron copper, 2W TC, black or white solder mask, and copper or OSP finish. The light shall be certified to LM79, IK05, IP66, and HV standards by NABL-accredited laboratories and use LEDs from CREE, Lumileds, Osram, Seoul, Nichia, or equivalent as approved by the engineer or third-party inspection. Each fixture shall be equipped with power and DMX loop in or out cables not less than 400 mm in length. ---- A certificate of demonstration participation as outlined in Annexure-VII duly signed by the BMRCL Officer / Engineer in charge must be enclosed with the bid submission. Bids without this certificate shall be summarily rejected.

FL10 - SITC of DIN rail mount DMX controller capable of managing a wide range of DMX-compatible systems including RGB/RGBW lighting, advanced moving lights, color mixing luminaires, DMX-based audio players, and fountain controls. The controller supports remote operation via iPhone/iPad/Android devices, integrated Wi-Fi functionality, dry contact port triggering, and onboard flash memory. Key features include: USB connectivity, support for up to 2048 DMX channels (live mode via computer), 8 dry contact trigger ports via HE10 connector, standalone mode with up to 5 zones and over 90 scenes, compatibility with Mac OS X 10.6/10.7/10.8 and Windows XP/Vista/7/8 (32/64-bit), interfaces including XLR3, mini USB, and HE10, and operates on 5V to 5.5V DC power supply (optional AC/DC adapter available). ---- A certificate of demonstration participation as outlined in Annexure-VII duly signed by the BMRCL Officer / Engineer in charge must be enclosed with the bid submission. FL09 - SITC of DMX signal amplifier with built in power supply, power consumption of 2W, and input voltage range of 120 to 240V AC features include indicator lights for DMX In, DMX Out, and Power status, 1000V DMX signal isolation, operating temperature range of -20 C to 60C, and dual input/output interface options with 3 pin XLR and RJ45 ports (DMX IN: 3 pin XLR/RJ45, DMX OUT: 3 pin XLR/RJ45). ---- A certificate of demonstration participation as outlined in Annexure-VII duly signed by the BMRCL Officer / Engineer in charge must be enclosed with the bid submission.
