They need to have completed similar works during this period, with a list of these works to be provided. The value of similar works completed is required to be at least one-third (33.33%) of the estimated value of the work tendered, and this work should have been completed in the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 50% of the estimated value of work tendered for tender amounts more than 2.5 cr. The bidder should have completed at least one work of similar nature with a value of not less than one-third (33.33%) of the estimated value of the work tendered, and a completion rate of not less than 90%. The cost of works executed can be escalated to a common base value using multiplying factors. The bidder needs to provide information on work performed as a prime contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years, including details such as the name of the work, name of the employer, description of the work, value of the contract, and other relevant details. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in anyone year during the last five years, taking into account completed as well as in-progress works, with escalation factors applied for works completed in previous years. The assessed available bid capacity will be calculated as Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (AxNx2.5-B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in anyone year, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works. The bidder should have prior work experience in civil construction works, with the assessed available bid capacity calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in anyone year during the last five years. The bidder must have completed similar nature of works, with the percentage of similar works completed as per Clause 1.3 of Section-IV, but specific values and percentages are mentioned as 33.33% and 90% respectively.
