Replacement of 24" NRV at Intake well new Providing & supplying ISI CI D/F reflus valve (non-return valve) of following dia inspection charges unloading from railway wagaon, loading into truck, transportation upto departmental stores/site, unloading, stacking etc complete. Reflux valve as per I.S 5312 Part I(1984) 600mm without bypass PN-1.6

Supplying Labour and tools for fixing CI NRV valve trenches with a pair of C.I Tail pair including making ) flanged joints as per IS specification confirming to I.S.S 782-1978 confirming to I.S.S 6557-1972 and nuts and bolts confirming to I.S.S 1364 -1983 ) . Including drilling holes in flanged if required as per specification and direction of E/I . 600mm without bypass PN-1.6

Existing pump motor repairing. Providing all labour, materials, tools and tackles for fitting the motor from base plate and complete dismantling of moor and drawout the rotor from stator safely. Providing all labour, materials and tools for overhauling, heating and vernishing of stator properly Providing all labour, materials and tools for overhauling, heating and vernishing of rotor properly providing all labour, materials & tools for drawout the slipring from rotor shaft safely including doing proper repairing & turning of slipring and refitting the same providing all labour, materials & tools for drawout the both side bearing cleaning and checking both side bearing housing, rotor shaft, motor over etc. all and chaning both side bearing if required new bearing to be supplied by departmentally. Providing all labour, matrerials & tools for arrange short circuit arrangement of clath leaver Providing all labour, matrerials & tools for chaining damaged regulator cable and doing 2 Nos jointing of cable both and including doing compounding etc. Providing all labour, matrerials & tools for assembling themotor at site including testing commissioning of motor on full at site.

Weight foot valve in river having 10'deep water in a span of 6 m x 6 m x 6 m Providing all labour and materials tools for dismentling pables stone boulders site in an around the foot valve jali embedded in bed of damodar river by driving method . Providing all labour tools and equipment for dismentling the foot valve from section pipe and carrying same from river bed to river bank manually and mechanically. Providing all labour tools and materials and dismentling the foot valve component like jali, housing gate with spindle, shaft with central plate. Providing all labour tools and materials like nut- bolt washer packing and assembling the different component of foot valve and providing support of foot valve jali (with repairing central plate) Providing all labour tools and transporting component of foot valve to work shop and back to site. Providing all labour tools and material and carrying foot valve from bank to river bed & fitting in section pipe. Providing all labour tools and materials for repairing pumpose of central plate. Providing all labour and materials for testing the foot valve for 24 hrs and removing scaffolding after repairing

Replacement of M.S Bend of 30" at intakewell Jmadoba MS pipe 750mm 12mm Thick Manufacturing, providing and supplying spirally welded / ERW/ SAW / fabricated M. S. pipes (Commercial Quality) including procurements of plates, gas cutting to required size rolling, tack welding assembling in suitable lengths to form pipes, welding on automatic welding machine and forming ‘V’ edge on both ends of pipes including railway freight, insurance, unloading from railway wagon, loading into truck, transport to stores, unloading, stacking, excluding GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect etc. complete as per IS - 3589 and IS-5504 as applicable as per pecifications (No negative tolerance in thickness is permissible). Lowering, laying in position to correct line and level including M. S. specials with / without any outcoating such as distance pieces, straps, bends, tapers, etc. on pedestals or chairs upon formation. The rate to include loading, nloading, hoisting, marginal cutting wherever required, assembling and tack welding, and transportation upto 500M etc. complete 750 to 1000mm pipe 12mm Thick

STEEL WORK Providing structural steel work in single stanchions of RSJ, channel, etc. with caps, bases, mild steel plates, angles, brackets, cleats, gusset plates, anchor bolts, etc. as per detailed design and drawing or as directed by Engineer-in -carge including cutting, fabrication, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position, making rivetde/bolted /welded connections and one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two coats of oil painting, etc. complete.

WELDING (Butt Joint) Welding in all positions with required number of runs, for M. S. pipes internally and / or externally including gauging wherever necessary, fixing appurtenances and other accessories in connection with pipe laying work as per specification.

RED OXIDE PAINT INTERNALLY Providing and applying primer and one coat of red oxide of iron paint internally including cleaning the surface of the pipes with steel scrappers, wire brushes, and metal cleaning solution, etc

RED OXIDE PAINT EXTERNALLY Providing and applying primer and one coat of red oxide of iron paint externally including cleaning the surface of the pipes with steel scrappers, wire brushes, and metal cleaning solution, etc.

GAS CUTTING Gas cutting (either square cut or V cut) pipes, plates, etc. of thickness.
