Cost towards replacement of damage cable by new supply, & laying ,commissioning of 3.5 core 25 mm² Al conductor cable ,1.1 KV grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armored from Transformer to change over switch to stabilizer to panel in air as were as required with lugs socketing , making connection all complete.

Cost towards replacement of old & damage voltage stabilizer by providing, erecting and testing ,commissioning of 50 KVA oil cooled Servo Controlled Automatic Voltage stabilizer at Intake-well pumping plant Prasabad, suitable for Output voltage - 415 ± 1% ,3 phase, 50 Hz with copper wound transformer as mention below. The stabilizer shall function satisfactorily even if incoming supply is unbalanced between phases within range 10% . The stabilizer should be constructed in cubical box, with bidirectional wheels for easy handling necessary monitors and users control on front panel such as indication, alarm, voltmeter and selector switch, Raise/Low push buttons, etc. suitable capacity termination strips and bus bar for incoming and outgoing, All three phases shall be independently monitors and corrected , Input -150/220 Volt-460 Volt, Output- 415 ± 1% , speed of correctin-35 V/second, Regulation + 1% from no load to full load , Ambient temperature 0 to 55 degree centigrade (Designed for indoor /outdoor continuous operation ) Operation –automatic cum manual , MCB for short circuit & over load protection, over voltage / under voltage protection, single phasing preventer, cut off contactor with electronic output sensing unit . Repairing of 10 H.P C/F Pump set – 1No.:- Cost towards dismantling 10 H.P C/F Pump set and changing its damaged parts such as – S.S shaft sleeve as per sample size and shape – 2 nos., S.S shaft sleeve check nut as per sample size and shape – 2 nos. including S/F SKF bearing- 2 Nos. , coupling- 1 set, gland tightner – 1 set, and repairing shaft as where as required, impeller , balancing rotating unit, re-assembling with allied materials and , including loading, unloading, transportation etc. all complete and testing at site

Cost towards providing labor, tools & technician for dismantling and disconnecting sq. cage induction motor and taking out rotor from stator, cutting and removing burnt coil, cleaning and repairing all stator slots properly with cost of reassembling stator and rotor of motor, fitting the motor on base plate, making all power connection, testing on full load, including transportation cost of motor from P/P to workshop and vice-versa.(15K.M x2)

cost towards providing labor, tools & technician for full rewinding of 10 H.P sq. cage induction motor’s stator with supply of supper enameled round suitable size copper conductor and insulating material class-F insulating materials such as Dr. back varnish, cotton tape, wooden stick, etc .making coil and doing rewinding with making coil & inserting coil into stator slots properly, making connection phase to phase and coil to coil, varnishing heating, taping, sleeving, baking in control temperature up to obtaining proper resistance all complete. (Wt of wire about 8 Kgs) and S/F SKF ball bearing on driving and non driving end. with deducting the cost of taken out burnt wire, scrap materials.
