Supplying, fitting and fixing 20 guage G.C.I, sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60x60x6mm. including cost of fabrication , providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size, applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/l.

Providing designation 75 B brick work in C.M.(1 :6) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joints cost of screening materials , scafolding , raking out joints to 15mm depth curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

M - 150 with nominal mix of (1:2:4) in foundation with approved quality of stone chips 20 mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, striking, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

S/F 15/16 watt LED Bulb

Providing designation 75B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffolding, washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing 25 mm thick damp proof course with cement concrete M-200 with nominal mix of (1:1½:3) with approved quality of stone chips of 20 mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including, screening, shuttering and mixing cement concrete in mixer with 5% cico or any other approved water proofing compound and placing in position, striking, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

S/F metal box of 180 x 100 x 60 m deep on surface/recessed with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 and 15/16 Amp socket outlet and 15/16 Amp piano type switch connection etc as required.

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill made of 20x6mm M.S. flat as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth , carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/l. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including' cost of all materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l (Mode of measurement complacted volume).

Wiring for light/power plug with 2 x 4 sq mm FRPVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit along with 1 no 4 Sq mm FRPVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as requried.

Wiring for light/fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed conduit with modular type switch,modular plate,suitable size G.I Box etc. as required.

Carriage of Material

Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M. including all lifts, levelling, ramming the foudation trenches, removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing designation 75 A brick work in C.M. (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing R.C.C.M - 200 with nominal mix of (1:1½:3) in Stiffner with approved quality of stone chips 20 mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, striking, curing (but excluding the cost of reinforcement) taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Wiring for curcuit submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface of recessed PVC conduit as reqd. 2 x 2.5 Sq mm + 1x 2.5 Sq mm earht wire

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing av. 63mm thick R.C.C.M-200 with nominal mix (1:1½:3) in chajja with approved quality of stone chips 20 mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including making drip course in concrete, screening, centering, shuttering and mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, striking, 6mm cement plaster (1:4) in ceiling and sides of chajja with sand of F.M. 1.5 curing (but excluding the cost of reinforcement) taxes, and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing and applying plaster of paris (POP) putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Extra for earthwork in hard soil as per specification and direction of E/l (vide classification of soil item-B)

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing andfixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed fromM.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (bothside inclusive) as per IS : 277 andconsisting of angle cleats of size25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dashfastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flangeof cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of requiredlength with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of anglehanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm runningat the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceilingsection 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with :

Finishing wall with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade

Providing 40 mm dia G.I Pipe in Roof Trush and Purline all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Labour for fitting and fixing G.C.I, or C.A. sheet roofing in proper slope including the cost of "J" or "L" hooks, limpet and bitumen washers, carriage of sheets to work site, and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of 10mm. ,12mm & 16mm dia. bars as per approved design and drawing excluding carriage of M.S. bars to work site , cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.
