Supply, Design, Installation, Testing and Commissioning at 1 site of metering Unit for 1 IW 3 Phase Trivector Meter, made of MS Sheet steel duly power coated paint. The foundation base is MS Channel used not less than 75x40mm. The Unit is suitable for outdoor as well as indoor as per the site requirement having two chambers, HV chamber and LV chamber, both chambers having one sided hinged door arrangements. The LV chamber has installed Trivector Meter, HV chamber installed CT/PT units and termination of 11KV cable, the unit is provided port outside the chamber for taking reading manually through CMRI and computer without opening the LV chamber door. The unit have also the sealing arrangement for port. Each panel have the following items:1 Set (3 No) single phase indoor type resin cast current transformer suitable for 11 W, metering having required ratio 1Set 11KV/110 volt, 3 Phase Potential Transformer Resin Cast. 1 Set Copper Bus Bar duly insulated by the monoplast tape 1 Lot of nuts & bolts brass with washers. 1 Lot of PVC copper wire flexible multistand of required size for secondar connections. For CT wiring the minimum wire size shall be 4mm2 (RYB) and for PT wiring minimum wire size shall be 2.5mm2 (RYB) 1 Lot of Copper lugs preferably ring type duly crimped for termination of wire & cables. Grounding bus of minimum 40mm copper, 25cm long fixed to the unit in HV chamber. The CTS, PT meter and 11KV cable sheath shall be grounded to the bus through grounding wire (green) Supply, Fixing, Testing & Commissioning of HT, Trivector Meter 3Phase 4 wire—5Amp & -- 110Volts with RS 45 Port Secure Make Supply, Fabrication & Installation of Pedestal made out of MS channel of size 75x40mm or angle iron of size 65x65x5, duly painted as per site requirement for mounting of metering panel including concrete foundation wherever required including cost of nuts & bolts. Supply, Fixing of grounding to the metering unit 40mm GI pipe or 20mm rod, as per drawing. Grounding of metering cubicle through two no 25x5mm MS flat iron including cost of cement concreting as per requirement for mounting of Meter Panel.
