Removal and re-fixing of 10mm thick polycarbonate sheet multiwall at roof of Vindhyanchal Boys Hostel at SMVDU, Kakryal, Katra

providing and fixing 10 mm thick solar control polycarbonate sheet (polycarbonate roofing with 10mm multicell sheet)with required colour of required brand as approved by engineer in charge in required shape fixed with EPDM rubber gasket both side and top and joints filled with silicon solvent to make the joint water proof. the open over hang end of polycbonate sheet to be sealed with p[owder coated aluminium channel of size 10*10*1.5mm thick weight not less than 0.2kg/mthe polycabonate sheet and profile shall be fixed with self taping and drilling 50mm long steel screws fixed not more than 150mmc/c. the rates are inclsiuve of cost of all materials and labour for cutting,bendingand fixing such as polycabonate sheet,alock,aluminium profile,aluminium channel,EPDM gasket,self taping,nuts&boltsetc upto height of 30 mts including scaffolding&stacking of serviceable material fixing on existing MS structure as per shape.
