Providing and laying 25mm thick Semi dense Bituminous concrete on surface with specified graded stone aggregate for wearing course including loading of aggregate with FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregate in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tipper to paver and laying the mixed material with mechanical pavers finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power road roller to achieve the desired density and compaction including cost of priming / tack coat, with dressing of berms including cutting/ filling with RBM up to 1m width on both sides of the road surface as per requirement at site (Bitumen used shall be of 60/70 grade and grading of mix shall be as per the clause No. 508 of MORT & H) (rate to be quoted inclusive of cost of bitumen and filler) complete job

Metal beam Crash Barrier Type - A "W" : Metal Beam Crash Barrier Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70cm above road/ ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150x75x75mm spaced 2m centre to centre, 1.8m high, 1.1m below ground / road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galavanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS: 1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x75mm,330mm long complete as per clause

Reinforcement for RCC work incl. straitening, cutting, binding, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo mechanically treated bars [including all leads, lifts, and carriage complete]

Providing and Laying Bituminous Macadam as per IRC Specifications to the specified lines, grades and X-sections adopting aggregate(mix aggregate size 26.5mm) with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix (Bitumen content not less than 60kg cum) incl. preparing the granular surface (for premix coat) surface dressing by wire brushing, brooming & funning the surface with gunny bags and using Air compressor to remove mud and loose dirt and applying premixing /Tack coat, filling patches / pot holes, profile correction on the specified stretch. Bitumen over prepared surface nominal mass of binding to be allowed as per Most specifications and laying with 80-100 kn road roller with paver(Mechanically) at 110-1300 degree cent. Including heating costs with all carriages, cost of using materials involved, T.P & E/Labour, octori charges, taxes fee testing etc. during execution of work quality control. 50mm thick (compacted) (rate to be quoted inclusive of cost of bitumen and filler) complete job
