Supply and installation at site of Prefabricated PUF (Poly-Urethane Foam) Panels of size 60 mm thick Fire proof Panels for walls (PPGI finish on both sides) and 70 /100 mm thick Color Coated Corrugated PPGI sheet for Roof to make a closed structure on the outer frame including doors and windows. Prefabricated Sandwich PUF panels with Cam toggle type fasteners fitted and self-locking PVC gaskets fitted on all sides of wall and ceiling/roof including rivets, Silicones, Anchor fastener, self drilling screw and all other allied accessories required for the installation/erection of PUF panels. a. Wall to wall cam locking system. Internal/External flashing to be provided. Job includes Cladding on all walls including sunshade on all windows and outer doors.

Fabrication, Providing and Fitting of Aluminum doors, windows and ventilators with frame made out of Powdered coated aluminum of gauge not more than 10 mm including glass, rubber beading, aluminum Fly mesh, aluminum sheet panels for doors and other allied accessories. The color and final design is approved by Engineer in charge

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth including curing in :Cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

15 mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Providing and fixing gang saw cut, mirror polished, pre-moulded and pre-polished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed withmatching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Floor TilesProviding and laying vitrified floor and wall tiles in different sizes (thickness tobe specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand)I including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.

False CeilingProviding and fixing false ceiling with 12 mm thick plain/ semi perforated or with design ceiling tiles of BWP type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded pressed particle board conforming to IS:3087, finished with a coat of aluminum primer on both sides & edges, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality on exposed face, fixed to a grid made out of anodized aluminum (with 15 micron anodic coating) T- sections35 x15x1.5 mm size main runners, cross runners 23.5x19x1.5 mm fixed to main runners placed 600 mm centre to centre both ways so as to form a grid of 600 mm square. The frame work shall be suspended from ceiling by level adjusting hangers of 6 mm dia. M.S rod fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats and dash fastener. The suspenders shall be placed 600 x 1200 mm centre to centre including fixing to the frame with C.P brass screws and applying a priming coat of primer and paint as per Direction of Engineer Incharge .

Providing and fixing on wall face un-plasticized Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. (i) Single Socketed pipes 110 mm dia

Providing and fitting of following sanitary items in one no. bathroom and Kitchen to make them fully functional. Job includes P/F of 1 no. English Seat with all accessories, 1 no. urinal pot with all accessories, 1 no. wash basin of size not less than 18” with all accessories, 1 no. steel sink of size 24 “, 1 no. looking mirror of appropriate size, 2 nos Towel rods, Soap holders, Bib cocks, pillar cock, angle valves, PVC pipe waste pipe, Pvc connections and all other accessories. Providing and laying underground PVC pipe of size 150 mm of reputed make for sewage from bathroom to soakage pit and 75 mm PVC pipe for urinal, wash basin and kitchen sink. The job includes construction of half brick of minimum 3 feet for the installation of sentry items like pipes, taps and fitting of cistern etc.. Providing and laying of CPVC pipe of size 50 mm and 25 mm for water supply to the bathroom and Kitchen from main source along with all allied fitting and accessories. Job also includes construction of main holes, PVC cover at the top of the main/check hole, cement circular soakage septic tank of size 3ft dia and depth of 8ft with lid and cover, fitting of gas pipe along with connections with the bathroom to make bathroom fully functional with all other allied accessories.

P/F of 1 no P.V.C water storage tank of capacity 1000 ltrs along with all allied accessories and connections. The 1000 ltrs tank should be placed on a platform made out of rectangular section MS pipe of size 60 mm X 40 mm of of thickness not less than 3.6 mm. The height of the fabricated platform should not be less than 10 feet from ground level. Job also includes UPVC plumbing connections with the already existing motor for lifting the water with all allied accessories and fittings. The job is inclusive of all material cost, labour cost and taxes.

Electrification of the hut by way of Providing and fitting of 10 nos. round recess/ surface 20 watt LEDs, 6 nos 4 feet LED tube lights, 2 nos ceiling fans with regulator of 1200 mm sweep, 2 nos exhaust fans of 12” dia with lovers, 100 W LED Flood Light. Providing and fitting of 1 no. distribution panel consisting of MCCBs, MCBs, SPNs for different circuits. Providing and laying of main service line of size 16 sq. mm 2 core from main pole to MCB/distribution box and 1 mm sq. mm, 1.5 mm sq mm. 2.5 sq.mm pvc wire, 4 mm pvc wire for different power circuits. P/F of modular switches, sockets, conduits of different per site requirement. The job includes material cost ,labour cost and taxes
