Tiles Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand)I including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. (Size-600x600mm) Floor area = (20’-0” x 30’-0”) = 600 ft2 = 55.74 m2 (SCH-11.52.2)

Making Soakage pit 2.5 mtr diameter 3 mtr deep with 45x45cm dry brick honey comb shaft with carbon burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 bricks and SW drain pipe 100mm pipe, 1.8mtr long. Complete as per standard design

P/F of 2 nos P.V.C water storage tank of capacities 1000 ltrs each along with all allied accessories and connections. The tank should be placed on a platform made out of rectangular section MS pipe of size 60 mm X 40 mm of thickness not less than 3.6 mm. The height of the fabricated platform should not be less than 10 feet from ground level. The 1000 ltrs tank should be placed on a PCC Platform made on the ground level. Job also includes providing and fitting of 0.5 HP mono block pump for lifting the water with all allied accessories and fittings. The job is inclusive of all material cost, labour cost and taxes.

Providing and fixing on wall face un-plasticized Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. (i) Single Socketed pipes 110 mm dia Length of pipe = 88 ft = 26.82 mtr (SCH = 2022 12.58.2)
