Operation and Comprehensive Maintenace of Ducted AC (Cooling Only) and Duct heater & Blower. The Job includes Recommissioning, Smooth operation, Regular maintenace, Servicing and breakdown repairs of all listed equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and industry best practice. The CMC Consists of repair and replacement of any Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic components and all items mentioned below, consumables etc. at no additional cost. The firm has to carry out preventive servicing and maintenance as per schedule of the equipment including supply of spares/consumables. i. Ducted Air Conditioner (Cooling only) System: The CMC includes Diakin 8.5 TR AC Outdoor Units (Qty-07 nos), Compressors, Evaporator, condensor coils, Fans, Belts, Motors, Filters, Capacitors, Relays, PCB's, Contactors, Relays, Thermostats, Sensors, Refrigerant gas check & fill/top-up, Copper Tubes, Insulation, Electric Power Supply, Electric Control Panels with switches,MCB's, Meters, Cables, Complete Ducting system inspection and repair, Blowers, All AC's Indoor Units, All AHUS's, All Air diffusers, any other component/item required to restore the system and continous Operations shall be deemed to include, complete in all respects. ii. Duct Heater and Blower System: The CMC Includes heating elements, controllers, sensors, electric supply and Control panel with switches, MCB's, indicators, meters, Contactors, relays, Cables, Blower Motor Wheel and housing, belts, vibration check, any other component/item required to restore the system and continous Operations shall be deemed to include, complete in all respects.

Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance of 250 kVA DG Set (02 Nos) & 200 kVA AVR. The Job includes Recommissioning, Smooth operation, Regular maintenace, Servicing and breakdown repairs of all listed equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and industry best practice. The CMC Consists of repair and replacement of any Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic components and all items mentioned below, consumables etc. at no additional cost. The firm has to carry out preventive servicing and maintenance as per schedule of the equipment including supply of spares/consumables. i. 250 kVA DG Set, AMF Panels and Changeover: The CMC includes 250 kVA DG Set (Qty-02 nos), Engine, Alternator, Fuel System, Cooling System, Exhaust System, Control Panel, Battery, Capacitors, Relays, PCB's, Contactors, Relays, Sensors, Indicators, AMF Panels, Changeovers any other component/item required to restore the system and continous Operations shall be deemed to include complete in all respects. Complete Servicing of DG sets by of replacing Engine Oil, All filters, Coolant Change, Battery check and replacement if necessary. ii. AVR and Electrical Distribution Panels/Bus bars systems: The CMC Includes AVR Control Board, PCB's, Capacitors MCB's, MCCBs, ACB, Changeover, Contactors, Relays, Timers, Push Buttons, meters, selector switches, Busbar indicators any other component/item required to restore the system and continous Operations shall be deemed to include complete in all respects.

Operation and Comprehensive Maintenace of LMO Plant (without Liquid Oxygen), Manifold and MGPS with allied accessories. The Job includes Recommissioning, Smooth operation, Regular maintenace, Servicing and breakdown repairs of all listed equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and industry best practice. The CMC Consists of repair and replacement of any Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic components and all items mentioned below, consumables etc. at no additional cost. The firm has to carry out preventive servicing and maintenance as per schedule of the equipment including supply of spares/consumables. The job includes cost for brazing, fittings, tools and tackles. i. Liquid Medical Oxygen Plant: The CMC includes LMO Storage Tank, Vapourizer, Pressure building unit, Pressure reducing Skid, Safety relief valves and burst discs, interconnecting pipelines and all types of valves, pressure guages, pressure regulators, temperature sensors, flowmeters, Control Panel, guages, minor electrical components any other component/item required to restore the system and continous Operations shall be deemed to include, complete in all respects. ii. Manifold (without Cylinders): The CMC Includes Header Shutoff valves, NRV, Pig tail pipes, Adapter nut, Header Frame, Mounting brackets, regulators, all types of valves, Pressure guages, Pressure regulators, Sensors, Copper tubing, oxygen changeover panel and all allied accessories, any other component/item required to restore the system and continous Operations shall be deemed to include complete in all respects. iii. MGPS with allied accessories: The CMC includes Isolation valves, MGPS pipelines, PB type Oxygen Flowmeters with humidifier bottles as required, PB type Oxygen wall mounted outlets as required, any other component/item required to restore the system and continous Operations shall be deemed to include, complete in all respects.
