Cleaning of the 320 kva radiator assembly by way of dismantling the assembly along with hose pipe connection from the engine housing and shifting it to the workshop. The job includes cleaning of the radiator with high pressure water both inside and outside and arresting the leakage with the help of brazing if any. the job includes testing the leakage of radiator and shifting the radiator from workshop to the site and again fitting back to the D.G set along with all the connection which includes hose pipe nuts bolts etc. the job further includes testing of the radiator at no load and full load and providing of skilled labor, tools and tackles to complete the whole job.

Repairs to 320 kva turbocharger by way of dismantling the turbocharger assembly from the exhaust assembly along with all fitting and shifting to the workshop. The job includes the dismantling and through inspecting the turbocharger unit for wear, damage or cracks which includes locking plate, compressor impller, capscrew thrust ring, sealing ring turbine impeller and shaft, center housing oil reservior plug, imepller retaining nut etc. the job further includes measuring of clearance such as end play on the shaft as per recommended by OEM and replacing/repairing of turbo kit assembly and of all the components which are damages such as oil sealing ring, thrust ring etc. the job further includes refitting of all the replaced and repaired component back to the turbo housing with proper fitting and balancing it further includes shifting back to the site and refitting to the exhaust assembly. the job also includes testing of turbo on full load and providing of skilled labour, tools and tackles to the complete the whole job.
