Complete rewinding of 7.5 HP 3 phase shift motor/water supply motor installed at Top Pump room (Sno. 1) of GMCH, Jammu by way of dismantling motor from base frame by opening of foundation bolts, loading to workshop site and unloading it there. Disconnecting of all motor leads, dismantling of motor, taking out the rotor from the stator and complete disassembly as per requirement of job. Complete rewinding of stator coils of motor with suitable copper wire after complete removal of burnt-out winding, cleaning of slots, etc. insulation, varnishing, tapping etc. Assembling of all motor parts. Job also includes repair of pump shaft, repairing of impeller by way of welding, turning and finishing and then providing /fitting of 2 nos. bearings of reputed make in place of damaged bearings as per old size and sample. Shifting of the motor and pump back to site, fitting of motor, coupling and alignment with pump, making of all electrical connections and testing of the pump set at full load at site. The complete job includes cost of material, skilled labor, all handling & to-fro transportation charges and taxes etc. Complete job in all respects as per site requirement.

The specification of motor is 415V voltage range, 1470 rpm, 50 HZ, 2 Poles, by way of dismantling motor from base frame by opening of foundation bolts, loading to workshop site and unloading it there. Disconnecting of all motor leads, dismantling of motor, taking out the rotor from the stator and complete disassembly as per requirement of job. Job also includes repair to pump shaft by way of welding, turning and finishing and then providing /fitting of 2 nos. bearings of reputed make in place of damaged bearings as per old size and sample, providing of new rubber coupling as per sample, providing. Shifting of the motor and pump back to site, fitting of motor, coupling and alignment with pump, making of all electrical connections and testing of the pump set at full load at site.
