8.31-CERAMIC GLAZED TILES Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados with water absorption less than 0.08% and confirming to IS: 15622, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive ( water based ) confirming to IS: 15477, an average 6mm thickness including grouting of joints

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately) and as approved by Engineer- in-Charge. 11.54.2 Size of tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 liter low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern or as per directions of site incharge, including flush pipe (of approved make) with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. 18.1.2 White vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 80x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

SS combine in 4 mm² size, multistrand, PVC insulated flexible copper conductor and is to be carried through PVC conduits/channels fixed to walls by means of clamps and other accessories or as deemed to be fit as per directions of site incharge.

Providing & fitting of 25 liter Geyser of 5-star rating to be fixed on a wall with the help of geyser bolts and other accessories as required at site as per directions of site incharge.

PP-R PIPES AND FITTINGS Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes conforming to IS: 15801, UV stabilized and anti-microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings. This includes testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 19.2.2 Internal work Concealed fixing the pipe withclamps at1.00 meter spacing including cutting chases and making good the wall etc.19.2.2.1PN-16 pipe, 16mm OD(SDR-7.4)

PVC imported False Ceiling by way of : Providing and fitting of waterproof light weight detachable PVC false ceiling. The job includes providing and fitting of galvanized metallic framework to the existing concrete ceiling including dash fasteners , angle hangers with nuts and bolts of required size, anchor fasteners / screws of suitable sizes, U-caps, PVC angles, PVC fasteners etc. The patterns shall be properly water leveled with the existing false ceiling and duly finished using suitable tools and tackles. The ceiling to be fitted shall be termite proof & fire retardant and properly fixed using standard bonding agent. The job includes dismantling and refitting of illumination with new lights as per directions of Incharge Engineer. Plain Ceiling = 100 sft

Providing and fixing in position 600mm deep wooden Cupboards / wardrobes of required size made of 19mm thick Ply to Ply layeredwood of approved make on top, bottom, sides, partitions, shelves, shutters. 12 mm thick BWP ply in drawer unit and 6mm thick BWP ply of approved make at back of cupboard / wardrobe as per drawing. 1.0 mm thick laminate of approved make and shade on shutters & exposed sides of cabinets wherever required and 0.8 mm thick laminate shall be fixed on all unexposed inner faces of cabinet. Back side of cabinet shall be finished in two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour including anti-termite treatment, wooden lipping, suitable locking arrangement, all types of screws , fasteners, hinges / piano hinges, wooden screws, adhesives, polishing / painting of lipping, telescopic drawer channels, magnetic catchers, tower bolts, door handles/ knobs and all other types of necessary fittings etc. complete as per design, drawing and site condition asdirected by the Engineer-In-Charge.
