Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pumping unit of below mentioned parameters to be lowered inside well casing having inside diameter of 200mm. Pump: Type: Submersible [Multistage Bowl Type] Speed: 2900 RPM Discharge: 3000 GPH. With Bronze/SS Impeller Dynamic Head: 120 Mtrs. Make: KSB/ Kirloskar/ Calama MOTOR /PRIME MOVER: Type: Submersible Speed: 2900 RPM Phases: 3 - Phase AC supply , 50 Hz frequency Make: KSB/Kirloskar/Calama Capacity (As recommended by Pump Manufacturer) (Preferably not Below than 15 HP) Submersible motor should be water filled, water lubricated having capacity for above pumping parameters and working on 3 phase; AC supply ranging from 380 to 420 volts, 50 HZ .The motor should be sealed by radial rings to avoid mixing of well water with motor filled water. The job includes providing and fitting of interlocking arrangement against any failure of coupling. It must be fabricated out of MS strips/rods of suitable size and length. The job includes providing and fitting of appropriate size M/S nipple 0.60 m long threaded on one end and welded to MS flange of 80 mm Dia, 10 mm thick at other end .The threaded portion should be as per size of pumping out let for proper fixing. The job also includes shifting of coupled SPS along with tie rods and nipples to the site of work. The job includes cost of 02 no. submersible pump sets including standby, all sort of material , labour and transportation charges etc.

Lowering of submersible pump set by using 40 No. M.S flanges of 65 mm dia. accommodating the sub-cable, cutting of 10 Nos. (60m GI pipes to be issued by the department) 65 mm dia. GI pipes 6m long into 02 pieces of each pipe. Facing the 03 meter long pipe from both ends and making groove on lathe for fixing of 65 mm dia. MS flanges, welding the flanges with pipe by using high class welding electrodes in double layer having smooth and good finish. Painting all the pipes with single coat of anti-rust primer and a coating of paint of reputed make. Carriage the submersible pump set, pipes and other allied materials from store to the site of work. Lowering the submersible pump set along with 65 mm dia. column pipes in casing up to 60m in the tube well, hoisting the chain block with the tripod stand. Coupling the submersible pump set with reducer nipple, jointing by submersible cable 6 mm sq. and lowering the set with column pipes one by one by tightening the flange joints with nuts , bolts and washers etc. Fitting of delivery system of the sub-pump by way of providing and fitting of 02 65 mm dia. long bends, 65 mm dia. M.S flanges along with nuts, bolts & rubber gaskets. The job includes providing and fitting of reflex & sluice valve of 65 mm dia. each along with flanges of suitable size and allied requisite material. The job includes cost of all sort of material including skilled and unskilled labour etc.

Providing and fitting of 80 mm dia. GI rising main 50 m in length from 200 mm dia. bore well to existing 80 mm dia. rising main laid from dug well for stage-II by way of using 80 mm dia. MS flanges to both ends of the pipe (16 flanges)and required bends at places. The 80 mm dia. MS flanges are to be tightened with requisite nut, bolts, rubber gasket etc. P/F of 80 mm dia. sluice valve on existing rising main in order to supply the bore well water directly to 10000 GPH sump tank at stage-II along with its flanges, nut , bolts and rubber gasket etc. Providing and fitting of 02 no. 80 mm dia. sluice valves near filtration plant so as to fill the filtration plant and existing sump tank at stage-II along with requisite MS flanges , bends , nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets along with requisite length of 80 mm dia. GI pipes near the filtration plant to the sump tank. The job includes cost of labour charges and material.
